The location of the property was good. The bed was good and the gas fireplace gave a nice ambience. Only thing I'd ask at this price point was that each room have at least one reserved parking spot. At night coming back from the evening it was challenging finding a spot.

The location and hotel were beautiful. Sadly, the reasons for the low rating is due to reimbursement of charges via 3rd party (hotels.com / Expedia). I fully booked and charged my cc prior to my stay well in advance, however, I was charged again ‘on site’ prior to booking in. I was told the charges would be reversed, however, on my cc statement I see that the charges are not reversed, so I am doubly charged for a room that is not worth the price. Do NOT recommend staying here unless my issue is resolved ASAP. Thank you.

This place was amazing. The beds and pillows were soo comfy. The young man at desk was soo helpful. Try Famous Pizza just a block away. AWESOME. Hot tub Gr8. Will definitely recommend.

The property was great and I enjoyed the amenity, but I was charged more than was quoted by Expedia. I tried to get the reason for it and it was unclear other than I chose to pay at the property. Great experience that ended with a bad taste in my mouth.

People were swimming near our room and letting their dogs go in the pool. Luckily I wasn’t intending to swim. People were smoking on their balcony next to us which clearly wasn’t allowed and was annoying. Plus I had no idea this was so far from old town. Would have liked to walk places but you needed to take your car out.

Our stay was great! We had a friendly welcome and a quick check in. When we walked into our room we found a nice anniversary gift from the hotel in the form of a bottle of wine. Sedona is a small town, so proximity to outdoor activities and dining is good.
The only thing that kept it from getting five stars across the board was the bathroom door. It needs a quarter- to half-inch taken of the bottom. It dragged on the floor and we couldn't close it all the way. That and the caulking where the tub meets the floor is messy. Otherwise, everything was great! We would definitely recommend this property. And we'll definitely be back! :)

I didn’t like that you had to speak with a person on the computer screen when I checked out. I’m old school and like having an actual person at the front desk.

This place had a nice view, a relaxing hot tub, and a warm outdoor pool. The room was so pretty and cozy. It was large, with a fireplace, and a jacuzzi. There was also a stand up shower so the bathroom was large as well. Above the beds had neat artwork that you could turn lights on for and it would light up the background. It was a neat room. There was lots of parking right by our room and every room had an outdoor patio. The breakfast was a full, hot, breakfast. Overall, this might be my favorite place I've stayed.

The beautiful Southwest decor included custom made headboards and natural wood night stands and a Kiva fireplace. The grounds and exterior buildings were very well kept. The room itself was old and tired. The paint in the bathroom was chipped as was the porcelain in the tub. Aftef a rain storm the roof of the balcony leaked and splashed on to the floor of our balcony. Therecwas also a large crack forming on the floor of the patio. I did share that with tbe staff. The breakfast was terrible. I wonder if anyone REALLY eats that kind of tasteless mass produced food? The Southwest Inn could be a wonderful unique destination- but its currently missing the mark. The property has signs of trying to repair and repaint. Its just not quite enough.
