I arrived very late. Checking in was smooth. It wasn’t until 1am as I decided to go bed that I noticed something missing on the bed. It only had sheets on it. No blanket or bed covering at all. I took a picture. It’s December and outside it’s cold in Bethlehem. That’s unusual

Just a heads up the hotel will put a $250 hold on your card when you check in, on top of the room charge. The room was fairly clean.. the front desk staff was very polite.

My family and I booked 3 rooms. They had stains on the carpet, there was pet order in the room. The bed from the sofa couch had stains as if someone died there and to top it all off, one family member was bitten by bed bugs.

I checked in at 3PM, one hour earlier than required. My room was ready but the early check in required a $15 charge.

The hotel was nice we were only there for a week due to limited funds. Breakfast was good. Able to cook in room which was nice. Lighting outside at night it's very dark.

This is the perfect place for a getaway its quiet, everyone is friendly and poliet and even when we had an issue the second day they were very quick and convenient to have someone fixed it. Also a bonus to this place they also have play and go cribs available which was huge gor us as we came a distance and it allowed us to save room on packing. I would highly reccomend and will definitely return to.

Guests did not pick up their dog's poo. Our room was not up to par. Bathroom door broken. the shower soap bottle empty, no amenities on bathroom sink counter. used coffee packet left in coffee pot. no creamer. No paper towels. We stayed here last year and was nothing like this time. Very disappointed.

The accommodations were very good. I had been skeptical because of some of the reviews I had read on the web site. However we were pleased. Breakfast could be improved but at least it was hot and there was a good variety of food.
My family enjoyed the pool. The staff was great. We will visit again.

Blood stains. Dog food on floor. Bugs. No soap shampoo or conditioner. Broken glass and dirty tissues under couch.

The hall rugs definitely need to be cleaned but the room was fine. Having the extra space with the living area and a kitchenette was great. Would stay here again.

The elevator carpet was the same and it had a horrible smell. The ash try by the door wasnt emptied in a few days and it rained so all the butts were swimming in a disgusting sludge. The shower had cheap dollar store soap and there was no bar hand soap next to the sink to wash your hands. The room carept was really dirty and the walls needed to be painted it was worn and dirty. There was no room service and minimal towels. The workout room needed updating. The bench was so worn the foam was showing. Only stay here if your desperate or if its only for one night.

I travel with kids and pet. The place is dog friendly they even supply bags for the poop. The breakfast is ok but in case you need extra thier is a mini mall at about 5 minutes walk plus a Applebee's and gas station next to the property

While she understood our concerns and was nice, the hotel staff didnt approve us being reimbursed for that night when we moved out early the next day.

We did not like thst people were outside our wimdow by the piol laughing loud? Smoking weed, drinking to 2am. The rooms were old and in clear need of being updated. It seems like a party hotel for locals. Very unsafe
