We had requested a crib for our room with months in advanced and when we got there they said “all the cribs were in use” I told them they should have notified us so bring our own. Additionally, we asked for transportation form the airport to the hotel, but since we never got an email, WhatsApp message or phone call to confirm we thought it wasn’t booked. My wife called that morning before we departed the US and they said they didn’t have transfer for us. When we arrived to the hotel, we then found out that our taxi was waiting for us at the airport and we had no idea. They charged us for the taxi anyway..: The room we stayed our first night has dirty carpets, you could tell they haven’t changed them in years and they are not being washed. The coffee maker was dirty, we made a coffee in the room and it spit out white floating things. Lastly, the curtain didn’t close all the way. People were overall nice. The food was ok. I thought he breakfast was overpriced for what it was so we went to Welchez cafe for food ( def recommend this spot) we also went to sobre less for coffee which was good.

World class property and service. Newly renovated. The lounge/club level is a must for the breakfast and happy hour, it is worth the money. There was a miscommunication about being transported from the airport, but the receptionist apologized and sent a complimentary fruit plate to our room, I was satisfied. The pool area was comfortable to hang out at with the pool being a perfect temperature. Rooms were clean and modern. The best part of the hotel is the staff. You were always greeted with a smile and a good morning/evening. They went above and beyond for any request. We had a massage, expensive but the therapist was highly skilled and worked out our travelers knots. I would recommend having some small bills, US or local currency, for tips. The staff does not expect tips but definitely deserve them. You can make their day with $2. I don’t think could be a better stay in the city.
