Tallinn is busier than Riga but just as charming of an old town.. It is a port city so it is geared to cruise ship visits. Lots of history, clean, walkable.

The whole visit was extremely pleasurable and had a feeling of luxury to it. The room was nice but what really enhanced the stay was the level of customer care and the services available by the hotel. We will definitely be staying there again.

Welcoming service. Warm and accommodating The hotel itself is charming, cosy and comforting with a nice lobby and fireplace perfect relaxing on a chilly winter day. Exceptional meal at dinner. Also, very nice breakfast.

One of the best properties we have stayed at. Hospitality and customer service is unparalleled! Hotel is a small boutique property — very cosy. They have a sauna on site as well as a jacuzzi. Location is also unbeatable in the heart of Old Town. Highly recommend!

This property is right in the heart of the Tallinn Old Town which means it is super convenient. The room I had was well maintained, very spacious and cosy. The restaurant on site was exceptional. Breakfast was great but the a la carte dinner menu was exceptional. Would definitely recommend and would stay here again.

Having travelled to Tallinn numerous times during the last 30 year, I must admit that this was the best hotel experience there ever. Apart from the Medieval buildings, perfectly refurbished and kept up to date, the staff in the restaurant, in the reception and the housekeeping is unique. No less.

It was very classic hotel, and beautiful. but no elevator, so if you have large luggages, maybe need to asking a help. Located in old town, so can enjoy the sightseeing.

From first stepping into the lobby, it is impossible not to be charmed by the Schlössle's old-world elegance -- the exposed beams, the crackling fire, etc. The staff were incredibly accommodating and outgoing, and the one issue with our room (the safe wasn't functioning) was fixed within minutes. The room itself was lush and comfortable, very well-appointed, and overlooked the beautiful streets of Old Town. There were no USB ports for charging our devices, but the front desk had plenty of adapters we could use for no additional fee. Location was within the boundaries of old town, but not so central that we were awakened by folks coming out of bars and restaurants. Breakfast was delicious, with many options, and our dinner at the hotel restaurant was quite good as well. Overall, a wonderful experience -- highly recommended!
