Was a nice, but could use a little loving. Thank goodness i was with my mother. The sliding door to the bathroom had gotten stuck, she couldnt get it open. Breakfast was great & the staff were friendly

The first room (1 king bed) had a very overpowering musty/mildewy smell. We were moved to another room (2 queen beds) but it was just as bad. NO SAFETY LOCK on door. It was broken off. Door to adjoining room did not have working lock. Sink coming off the wall, no tub & walk in shower did not have a seal on door. Breakfast was disappointing. Waffles, cereal, grits or oatmeal are your choices. But there are plenty of fast food options close by. On a good note, young lady at front desk was very pleasant to work with.

the original room 131 had a very strong odor of cat urine. The desk clerk was courteous and moved us to 129. The bed was very hard and it didn't seemed to be mounted on the foundation properly. The room needs a deep cleaning. I expected much more for the $130.00 per night charge. I have stayed in $70 per night rooms with better accommodations.

My son,two granddaughters and I went to have a daycation. The clerk who check us in was very rude and made our stay extremely unpleasant. She asked me a lot of questions how many will be in room ? What is everyone age? Which are legitimate questions but she asked them in such a rude manner. She began telling me how people were renting rooms to have drug and pool parties and if that happens she would be calling the police. I took it as if she was insinuating that’s what we wanted to do with the room.I rented a double bed room for two adults and two children ages 6 and 9. My granddaughters were dressed in their swimwear and went straight to the pool after I checked in. My son had to go to the room and change clothes when he came out and was on his way to the pool, she stopped him and asked him what was his room number and was he an additional person? He was polite and informed her that he was the same person who checked in with his mom and daughters he just went to the room to change clothes, she said he look like a different person. He literally just changed from jogging pants to swim shorts.She told him if in fact he was a different person that was too many people in the room and she would be calling the police. He said please stop it and walked off. She said very rude and disrespectful that’s the policy you don’t like it leave.

I woke up with bug bites all over my feet and legs. Some kind of bug(s) must of been in my bed which is very disturbing. Also the neighbor across the hall was fighting and screaming at each other for a while two stiffen times through the night was unable to sleep. There was VERYYY limited breakfast options I guess they do not get refilled by 8am there was barely anything to pick from. I do not like that there is not vending machine instead they sell snacks that you have to charge to the room. Overall very disappointed!

The staff was nice, but the rooms weren't as nice as advertised. There was mold, the covers had stains, the shower didnt work, and the box spring on the bed was broken. I understand this isnt the nicest of hotels, but this place needs an overhaul.

Handicap bathroom smelled bad, it also had a broken showerhead. Rooms were loud, could hear everything in the hall. Wasn't worth the cost.

I am 67 yo female alone at this property and I felt secure and comfortable until...there was this man visitor being disruptive in the hallway and yelling violently to the female guest and I told him I would call the police. He called me a racist. Night clerk may have asked him to leave later, but I went back to my room and didn't hear him again. Otherwise, OK place.
