I usually stay at this hotel when im in Temple on business or traveling through to neighboring cities.
My experience has been okay but the last trip and stay was the worst.
The downstairs room I was given had roaches crawling on the wall and in the bathroom.
I've never had this type of experience before at this hotel.
Not sure whats going on.

Bed was good, but the place is dated & staff wasn't very friendly. Breakfast, don't bother with. Orange juice was orange colored water. The rest didn't look appetizing either.

Our room did not lock just push the door it opened. Elevator slow never knew if you were going up or down or even moving. Got locked out of the hotel our first night even though we had a 2 night stay. Found hair in our bathroom when we first walked in. Staff cleaned our room and turned off the ac after we put the sign on the door not to clean after our first night.

The lights were burnt out in the restroom no iron in the room there was stains on the pull out bed there was stains on the beds spreads. The lady at the front kept rolling her eyes when we asked her questions

Bath was dirty
Food at bar on resort was not good tried the dishes all were bad
Hair dryer was broken and light socket popped hair got sucked into hair dryer and burned my hair had to cut it out of hair dryer with my razor
Has no idea about resort fee but no reason to have one

The staff were great but the property is aged . It needed a thorough cleaning and unfortunately I found live bugs in the room near the coffee pot.

Staff was nice and it was not too noisy at the property. There was a leak within the bathroom that did not end and needed a few towels every other day to stem. Other than that, my stay was comfortable.
