The staff was very friendly. We were on the ground floor and could literally hear everything that the room above us was doing! It was extremely noisy didn’t get a good nights sleep at all! Bed was old and uncomfortable so were the pillows.

One night stay to meet up with family, watch a college soccer game and celebrate a birthday. Pet friendly and the front desk morning staff gave my Granddog treats👏. Besides coffee, there was iced tea and fruit infused water sitting out in the lobby. Also, a plate of cookies and a fruit bowl. Very nice and thoughtful. The toiletries in the bathroom were of great quality.

This was a disappointment. The shelves in the bathroom were falling off. The handrail in the shower was loose. The worst thing was that the room only had one small window. The sheers and shade could not be moved, so there was no way to look outside. But the heavy drapes would not slide in front of the window, so it was very bright at night. The pool and hot tub were very cloudy and the hot tub smelled like someone had poured a bottle of cologne into it. The sheets and pillowcases were scratchy and smelled like bleach.

Nice hotel, clean comfortable rooms, workout room, pool and hot-tub, good breakfast. Close to a lot of restaurants, although the food service industry in the area needs some better help! No issues with Hampton Inn though.

My room key did not give me access to the pool.
I did not like the sliding door/mirror for the bathroom. Privacy was lost when using the bathroom.

Otherwise, though, the staff were friendly and amazing, and the rooms and hotel in general were clean and well stocked. The pool was clean and nice. Would definitely recommend to stay here.

Isabella was a great help when i was in a bind and made the appropriate calls to assist us. Everyone at the front was helpful and communication was great. The only thing i wasnt too happy about was housekeeping continuing to knock on our door even with the do not disturb sign.
