The location is good, having parking garage attached is great! the building is new so it is not bad. However the bathroom is small, and there is no phone in the room, no iron. The breakfast is 15 eur, but the variety is poor.

This is a nice hotel with nice rooms and a good breakfast. However, it is in an area where there are very few places to eat. Be prepared to walk 20-25 minutes to find a choice of restaurants. The room was too hot because their HVAC system delivers either heat or cooling, and it was set on heat, despite the warm sunny day. Another issue was the maid service. Apparently, they are short-staffed and it is necessary to schedule maid service. The person who checked us in didn't mention this, and so it was an unpleasant surprise when we returned at 8 PM to find our room unmade, with no clean towels.

New hotel, room has air conditioning and new amenities. Breakfast was in sister hotel Novotel and was fabulous. A 20 minute walk to city center.

I have booked a room for two adults and a small kid for two nights. When I arrived, they told me I have booked two rooms. we were able to resolve the misunderstanding eventually. When we went to our room we found only one bath towel !! 🤔 I had to go to the reception and ask for more towels and they gave me only two bath towels !! The extra metal bed was very uncomfortable and my husband had pain all over his back! Moreover, the receptionist couldn’t speak the language in an appropriate level which made understanding However, the room was nice and clean.
