It was an excellent stay at the Crown Plaza hotel. Location was superb. Walkable distance to all the major sites of interest and public transport. Well maintained and helpful staff.

Very high price. parking was a disaster. Instructions on how to get to their parking agar were wrong and led us into dangerous traffic situations. Glasses in room were dirty. Bed cover (comforter) was too short.

In the heart of everything! Dining, shopping and all of the sightseeing places!

The room was not cleaned properly. Found previous occupants prescription pills, carpet was dirty. Requested & changed our own bed linen as housekeeping failed to service our room. Room aircon barely made a difference in the heat. No towels in the bathroom, had to ask. The bar & kitchen staff were not attentive, waited over an hour for an order, cancelled & went to eat elsewhere. It’s a disgrace cause we have stayed here before. The only good thing that the hotel has is its location.

An excellent hotel in a great location close to town center. Accommodating friendly staff. Amazing restaurant. Spotlessly clean room. Would return without question.

Nice property in general, but older building. Our room curtains were not clean initially and had small spiders in them. Told the front desk and housekeeping came to try clean. But only used a broom, not a vacuum. Could have been better cleaned, especially after complaining. But other than that, all else was good. Location was nice, could walk to the train station. Loved Maastricht!

First the good: location is great - right on the edge of the river. Excellent buffet breakfast which was the only meal we ate in hotel. Staff were very pleasant. The bad? We booked the junior suite for our family of 4 and thought the listed queen size beds were actually full size beds. Great for intimacy but maybe not if youre sharing the room with your teenage kids. Parking wasn’t that easy either - the main garage entrance was broken and we had a bit of an adventure trying to find the other entrance weaving through some very narrow alleys before finally figuring out the right way to go. Overall good central location but we’ll see what other options available next time were in town
