Our suite was large and comfortable. The sofa bed was old and my daughter was nit comfortable, but everything else was great

It was great easy check in , they even let me check in early

We were absolutely exhausted when we arrived. Before we knew it (because check in went so quickly and smoothly) we opened the door to our room and thought we must have been upgraded. The room looked and felt spacious and elegant. Our fatigue was replaced by comforting relaxation. Couldn’t have asked for anything more!

For the price and location it worked out nicely. Smaller room and incredibly small bathroom. However located right next to the airport and it being clean is what mattered. Breakfast was fine and seemed to have shuttles for people without cars.

Excellent Stay and Outstanding Service I recently stayed here for just one night, and it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I arrived, the customer service was impeccable. The staff went out of their way to make me feel welcome and ensure I had everything I needed. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-appointed, providing a restful and pleasant stay. The attention to detail was noticeable, and I truly appreciated the effort the team put into making every guest feel special. Although my visit was short, the experience was unforgettable. Front desk receptionist upon arriving was rude and seemed very disinterested in being helpful. Later, the front desk supervisor actually checked me in to my room and she was pleasant and helpful.

Checked in after 11pm on a Thursday - was told about room service, free breakfast while checking in. The next morning there was a roach in my shower & the tub wasn’t draining properly, I thought housekeeping would see it but they never went into my room, despite the cart being outside of my room when I left for the morning, lots of construction outside by the front entrance and one of the exits was eventually blocked off which was a little inconvenient coming in to the parking lot. Also that same day Friday, they continued the construction at 6:30 in the morning, that’s a little extreme they couldn’t have waited a reasonable time? It was really loud and I was “lucky” enough to have a room whose window was right by it. Saturday no housekeeping again while the cart was again parked outside of my room… not sure if this is request only but I assumed not since it wasn’t mentioned during check in. Sunday before check out is when housekeeping finally knocked on my door however I was showering/packing my things and still had over 30 mins before checkout time. Perks I found were it was very close to their highway & decent food options across the street that’s about it. This is a 2 star hotel so I guess I shouldn’t have expected anything more.

The entrance was blocked and under construction so it was difficult to get in but once there the front desk check in ladies we efficient and friendly. Room was better than we expected. Bed was comfortable. Shuttle driver was on time. No complaints.

Just an overnight for another train trip in the morning The only problem is not having food available or drinks at your property

The pool room was dark and cold. The pool was supposed to be heated but the whole room was cold. When I asked to turn the other lights on I was told they couldn’t.

I only stay one night. I was not happy to find out that I was charged a 50.00 deposit and it wasn’t returned for a few days after my stay because I booked through a third party. I wished I could have been aware of this. In the past a hold was put on my card but instantly removed once I checked out but this was not returned until days after because this hotel was not part of a chain but a privately own property. I just want to make others aware of their policy because I was disappointed to not know this before booking.

Located Close to the airport but could not get a hold of anybody to request the shuttle from the airport to the hotel.

Overnight stay before flight from Denver. Check in was quick. Room was clean, albeit a bit smaller than others we’ve stayed in. Bed was comfortable. However, the sound from room above ours was unacceptable. We could hear ever step these people made. Doors were also very loud.
