Passing through Nashville and wanted a quiet and safe place to stay. This hotel was both. The room was clean and spacious, check-in was easy, free breakfast was great, and parking was available in the parking garage.

The lady that checked us in was fabulous! Only complaint was due to a spot on the wall in the bathroom by the toilet. I cleaned it off with a makeup wipe. I am sure it was an oversight because the rest of the room was clean and tidy.

The hotel and staff were great. Very clean and parking car in garage was nice.

We tried three different rooms and just settled with the third. All the rooms had a locker room smell to them. It seemed to be less noticeable after turning the air conditioner on, but it still concerned me when I thought about what I may be breathing. The rooms shouldn’t be musty when the air conditioner is off.

Drinks other than coffee were inconvenient due to size of cup. Dining area for breakfast too small for large crowds. Food was average, 3 out of 5 star.

This property won because of the BED! The mattress was super comfy. I woke up feeling refreshed and the parking was FREE! I would definitely stay again.

The elevator and stairwell from the parking garage to the property smelled really awful. We all had to hold our breath while we were in there - we thought the elevator was bad, but the stairwell was also terrible. In our room, the shower head did not work properly and the bathroom sink clogged and drained very slowly. The condition of the carpet in our room was very unsanitary. The front desk staff were very friendly and capable.

We reserved a king room and were told when we arrived that we had been upgraded to two queens. That’s not an upgrade for a couple. The guy told us they had a room that was out of order and they had to start with non-members. Wasn’t really apologetic about it. Just kind of made us feel like they didn’t care. That didn’t start out our stay on a great note. Besides that, our room was clean and fairly comfortable. It was kind of dark. They need more lighting. And they have the room fridge in a cabinet that was closed so it was frozen up due to no air movement around it and it wasn’t cold. We kept the cabinet open and it did finally cool down. Parking was easy and convenient. The location was good for access to wherever we needed to go and even as close as it is to the freeway, it was well insulated and quiet - and our room was on the freeway side. Breakfast was pretty good. Nice to have eggs and sausage each day. Would stay here again. I know sometimes people just have off days.

The room was big. Breakfast was great. The coffee was really good. We didn’t use the other amenities because we were out so much.
