the motel was great overall,what i didnt like,is theres not alot to do around it,but thats not the motels fault,room was great and staff was super nice

I would of given it 5 stars my only complaint was the pool. Water was cloudy and the pool was really dirty. The sides needed brushed and honestly the water smelled.

The room was nice and clean. The heater on the pool was broken. But it was a nice clean place to stay

The property management and or owners need to buy new linens and towels. The lnens and towels are stained and nasty looking.

We stayed for 3 nights and our trash was only emptied one time. We got fresh towels one night also. Other than that it was a pretty good stay.

The hotel is very outdated. The rooms are small, and the bathroom is tiny. The free breakfast was basically nothing. Coffee was good, staff was helpful, and the bed was fairly comfortable.

This hotel is older, but it was comfortable There isn't much of a breakfast and the lady said afyrr Covid, they never returned to a fill breakfast. Really? I am tired of businesses using this as an excuse!

There was an adult group that was noisy and kept our families awake. Also, there is a security issue at this location.

Our stay was wonderful until the front desk lady Laura wanted to allow a house keeper/ maintenance man named James and another fellow come beat on our door and then go to force their way in and accuse us of smoking "dope" when we was sleeping it was 9:30 in the morning I told them they wasn't coming in we had been sleeping. Then tried to force their way in the room on my fiance when she answered the door because they was trying to use the skeleton key. The story changed once I went down stairs to talk to Laura it went from the guys saying it was dope to saying incense being burned. Then I thankfully addressed with a lady that has been nothing but Wonderful to us while we was there and she took care of everything thankfully. But Laura never informed this lady on the truth nor that they only beat on our door and no one else's like they claimed. We paid out the butt to stay there and to be treated like that by Laura and the two guys was absolutely ridiculous. Just watch yourselves with them three. Other than that it was a wonderful time and everyone else was great!

Convenient to Great Wolf Lodge. Clean and friendly staff.

It was absolutely disgusting. We rented the room with the Jacuzzi in it and being the way I am I always Clorox everything possible when staying at a hotel. I ran Clorox through Jacuzzi three times and drained filled it up for the fourth time and it still had nasty stuff coming out of it. The sheets were sold and had not been changed on the bed. The bathroom ceiling had black mold on it. The air conditioner was leaking and the carpet was pure slimy. I don’t recommend anyone to stay at this hotel spoke with owner and he was nasty about the situation. Never once apologized about it and would not refund any money I paid $170 to miserably lay down on nasty sheets with nothing to cover up with sleeping with my head on a towel. It needs to be condemned and shut down and I’m not exaggerating.
