Very quiet and clean, great location across from the river, walk everywhere and free bikes to use. Negatives are unloading your car is awkward in an alley alongside the building and everything in the hotel closes down early. Lobby is nice but needs some upbeat music or something as it’s dead and no one hangs out there.

Absolutely lovey staff! Clean, cute, easy to get to! It is in the heart of downtown but in our room it was quiet. LOVED our stay

Beautiful hotel right in the historic area. The staff was amazing-friendly, very helpful, and fun to talk with. We had a very good meal in the hotel restaurant too.

We really enjoyed our stay! The property is well kept and the staff were helpful and friendly! Great location and decor. Bartender on roof top made great drinks!

The staff were wonderful - quick and attentive. Was surprised by the daily amenity fee but they did give a $10/day voucher which we used at the attached coffee shop. They also offered daily complimentary glasses of champagne for my wife and me. The location is terrific and the parking garage is right next door. We didn't need our car during the 3 days we spent in Savannah. The charm and character of this boutique hotel matched that of the historical district.

The bar and restaurant were closed on the the two nights that I was there, and was the main reason I had booked that hotel to begin with. The breakfast food was very mediocre, despite all of the rave reviews. Also, I had forgotten to give my $10.00 voucher with my bill. Upon remembering, about 5 minutes later, they were not so willing to accept it (I didn't want to push it, so came back the following day for another lousy breakfast)

Rude staff. Room service, worse than Waffle House. Just poor service all around. Last minute trip to Savannah. Was okay with $700/night. But expect better service than you can get at super 8. Beautiful hotel. Well done. Staff, a major let down.

This hotel is lovely. The lobby is beautiful and comfortable for sitting and having a cup of coffee. The hotel is conveniently located to the riverfront and to a free city shuttle bus that can take one to all the famous city squares. The staff at the front desk were all cheery and polite.

The hotel was absolutely beautiful and on an amazing location. The staff at the reception was extremely friendly and helpful. The dining room was fabulous and we ate there almost every day. The only complaint was the housekeeping. It was very poorly done. The beds were made in a sloppy manner. Sometimes, glasses and cups were left and not replaced. Every day, we had to go and ask for coffee pods and milk which was supposed to be complimentary. In such a nice hotel, it is a shame. The first day itself we complained downstairs at the reception but nothing changed during our stay. Thank goodness the towels were changed and we were given shower gel!
