Clean and nice hotel in superb location. Reception did not or forgot to mention that being member render 10% breakfast discount. Could not say when a child pays full rate for breakfast, I was clear with its a 3y old you also got the passport info. Toilet door hinge in room 406 should be adjusted cannot close fully. Overall 5 of 5.

The front desk stall were awesome!! They helped me find the US consulate website and printed out all the forms for me to apply for an emergency passport ( I got picked pocket at one of the restaurants in the neighborhood unfortunately and lost my passport).
The hotel was very clean and quiet despite being on a major street. Very convenient with Starbucks, Cafes, Supermarket all within 3 mins walk.
Will definitely stay there again!

Great stay here. Location was excellent. Right across the street from airport’s shuttle drop off. Nice shopping center across the street as well. Really great stay here. Had a street facing room on the 4th floor and heard no noise. Comfortable bed.
Only con is you could hear noises really clear from the hallway on your rooms floor.

Solo stay here, room was a bit smaller than I recall upon booking but staff were extremely friendly and the amenities were good.
Used the pool (small but convenient) but had to get towels from the front desk which was a bit of a pain.

This is a smaller, chic, hotel in a centrally great location. Close to almost everything. Staff was great. Clean and comfortable rooms. This was the second time staying here. Good value. Taxi stop across the street, as well as bus stop.

The hotel feels clean with good water pressure, don’t expect early check-in. After a long red eye flight we got to the hotel at 7am, requested if we can get the room earlier than 3pm check in time, we didn’t get the room until 3:30pm which is past the check in time. Location of the hotel is convenient and good to explore the city, we find the price a little more expensive for what it has to offer. No self laundry and elevator takes forever.

The hotel was amazing and our room had a beautiful view of Catalonia Square. Lots of restaurants and shopping around and only a short walk to La Rambla.

Extremely inefficient and rude staff. Hotel is just not worth the price they charge. Their front office girl - Vanessa- was extremely rude and non-understanding.
Everytime we called reception they had no answers. Even to request extra creamer they said we have to wait for manager. What a badly managed hotel.
