Extremely helpful and friendly front desk staff made us feel so welcome! Our room was clean and beds were comfortable! It was a great stay. We’ll definitely stay again next year!

The staff, room, food and amenities were amazing . I travel to pinehurst every other week and i have found my new hotel. One member named penny made sure my stay was remarkable, she was so helpful and friendly. She made me and my daughter feel at home .

I would travel to NC again just to stay at the Hilton Garden in Aberdeen. Clean and spacious rooms, friendly, professional and hospitable staff members (Debbie and Chuck), comfortable beds/ bedding, and overall warm environment make it an amazing place.

Hotel was brand new, grounds were beautiful & immaculately kept, borders a forest, very quiet & cozy environment.
Staff are excellent, very attentive, and easy to speak with.
Breakfast is disappointing, unfortunately. It's on par with typical continental breakfasts which are free at any other hotel, but you have to pay for it here.
We also ate dinner here which was just as disappointing, and I'm sorry to report on. Extremely small portions & double the price of breakfast. With so many great restaurants within walking distance of the hotel, Hilton Garden Inn meals are not at all worth what they cost.
Overall, it is a Five Star hotel, but the food needs to step up to the plate or be offered at a reduced price.

Stayed for 3 days by myself. The area is nice with lots of shopping and restaurants and I felt very safe in the hotel. The room was clean and the staff was friendly. My only complaint would be that the walls are thin and you can definitely hear your neighbors and people in the hallway. The room next to me had their tv quite loud late at night so it was hard to sleep. This could be avoided if there was a setting to keep the fan on constantly on the hvac system which would provide a little white noise.
