The Hotel was very nice and the service was excellent, nice touch with the free dinnertime snacks & drink, the indoor pool and jacuzzi was also a nice

We had one night here and it was great ! Upon check in I found out we had free dinner , free breakfast , three free drinks each and popcorn for a snack . It was a miserable snowy night and one young lady was handling the bar and food. Food was mediocre but who cares ! It was filling and we didn’t have to go back out in the snow to eat as we expected. All of the staff were kind and helpful. We got a two room suite and having a sofa and comfortable chair was worth the extra $20 . Wish I’d known about the hot tub and would have been prepared. Breakfast was standard and very tasty ! The mattress was perfect for my back and I was so comfy .

Definitely over-rated in the reviews. Old building but has been renovated. Good water pressure in shower. Bed comfortable but linens were old. Elevator opens with a bang. Recommend room away from elevator. We didn't have breakfast but it looked good. Free parking.

It was a pleasant experience for my son and I for a NFL game, plenty of restaurants nearby and transportation to and from the stadium.

I am still trying to resolve a refund issue for the price difference. I originally reserved a Deluxe Room with 1 King Bed, but upon arrival, it was unavailable, and I was given an upgraded suite. As a solo traveler, I didn’t particularly want the upgrade, but there was no other choices. After returning home, I noticed that I was charged the suite price on my credit card. I’ve been working to get a refund. I called them 2 times (Friday, and today Wednesday), but the refund has not yet appeared on my card. It’s quite frustrating to have to deal with this hassle after my stay.

Everything was great. They offered a very good free breakfast on plates and also a free supper with a good variety of lunch style meals. You just couldn’t ask for anything better. They service the room every day that we were there. Everything in the room worked perfectly. The bathroom area was a little small.

I had a very nice stay at the Drury Inn in Denver. Friendly front desk personnel, clean rooms, nice breakfast and great happy hour.

Easy access to freeways and easy and relatively safe parking. Commercial area, but seemed safe while we were there. Highlight of the hotel is the awesome staff who are flexible and worked hard to help us upgrade a room and be satisfied with our experience. Accommodations were about three star but the included food was great.

In all my years of visiting hotels, this one is spectacular. The room was large, clean and quiet. Breakfast was yummy and dinner was very good. The absolute best part were the employees. I have never been treated so well. From the front desk to the lounge to the gentleman that repaired my door lock, all were the best! Even the young lady that cleaned my room recognized me and always waived. You can’t go wrong here.
