This hotel is very close to AdventHealth which was nice because I was in town for meetings at AdventHealth University. In the past I've stayed here and it's just been so-so. They must have renovated since my last visit because the room was beautiful! I stayed in the room across from the elevator and I was worried about noise but it was fine. The area immediately outside of the hotel could have felt a little safer but overall I didn't feel uneasy and I would definitely stay here again.

For some reason i was charged twice i haven't been able to get in touch as i had to return to south georgia and service is spotty due to hurricane helene. Hopefully this will get fixed hotel was great i just could use access to my funds being we are recovering from disaster fema giving out food but it's still hard to get things and cant look up phone numbers. Thanks

I like the fact that it's so close to the hospital and they have a shuttle to go back and forth.

Free parking. Good price. Easy to get to.

Great location, Comfort Suites is our new go to. Bebienne at the front desk is perfect. Great attitude and energy. My ONLY comment, need bigger pillows! I bring my own pillows now. lol!

Excellent location and staff.

Very clean , staff is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is good with many options. I was hoping for more common areas to hang out and spend some time in evening. Good size pool though but no life guards.

It was a little tricky to find but that’s probably just because it was dark and I drove in during a torrential downpour. Check-in was a breeze, though, and the lady working was sweet and bubbly. Unfortunately my room had a shower issue. To start, I came in to find water in my bathtub because the drain was closed. Not much, but some. (I would later come to learn that it’s because the drain closes while you’re showering so you end up standing in ankle deep water.) I drained it and moved on. The next morning, when I tried to take a shower, the water wouldn’t come out at first. (Which was odd because clearly it had worked for someone before us.) I fumbled with it back and forth but got nothing. So I called the front desk inquiring about using another room. Initially I was told that my two daughters and I would have to move rooms entirely, with all of our stuff.

They were working on lobby for a water problem they had, parking area seemed somewhat unsaffe, only rightbin fornt of hotel seemed safe.

I was surprised this property received such great reviews since there are definitely newer and nicer hotels in downtown Orlando. The location and free parking were very good as was the staff, always friendly! But, the building needs a lot of upgrading and the rooms were average at best. The location is good, with dining options nearby and of course the hospitals.

This property is so close to Advent health Hospital.. I walked from the hotel to go to the hospital to visit My sister who is very sick.. I really recommend this property for his convenience and breakfast is included.. It is a win no matter what..
