The check in was extremely pleasant. Linda who worked in the food service was very helpful and friendly,room was clean and comfortable my only suggestion who be to find a more efficient way to purchase items like a separate pay station

I finally found my new home away from home when I need to be in Denver. The front desk clerks were lovely and very helpful, the hotel itself was clean and modern, the rooms were spacious and the bed was extraordinarily comfortable (I was sad I had to go home today)

Easy to get to, friendly and helpful staff. We got in around 8p and were looking something close for a drink and bite to eat. The woman that checked us in recommended The Hacienda behind the hotel and it didn't disappoint.

W have stayed here many times in past decade. Room was fine. This was the dirtiest i have ever see the halls and common areas. Entry carpet was gross.

Friendly and helpful staff. Property needs updating inside. Mattresses had stains, but the sheets were clean. Strong natural gas/chlorine odor in the lobby, but the staff were quick to investigate. Breakfast was super expensive… $18!

The staff at this hotel were outstanding, especially Cindy, the bartender. The public areas were all clean, but the trash cans were full.

The lobby smelled of strong natural gas! When I asked about it, the clerk at the front desk told me it was just their little fireplace leak and that we would not blow up and that she couldn't even smell it. The point of the smell is to alert you of dangerous fumes. She did nothing. The air conditioner in the room did not work, the maintenance person came immediately and fixed it. There was no hair dryer in the room, the front desk sent one up. The bathroom had no fan, never saw that before, very inconvenient. I asked Sunday at noon about food, he said there was no staff and there was a restaurant 900 ft away. The toilet height was too low, very hard to maneuver. All these things made the stay unpleasant.
