Good location - located on Motomachi shopping street and 4 mins from Nankinmachi. Room was on the smaller side as it was a single room but clean, bed was comfortable. Staff very friendly. If you decide to pay for their breakfast option, it comes with the choice of 3 set menus (at least 5-6 dishes). Would definitely stay here again.

Amazing location right on the shopping street. Surrounding the hotel has tons of shopping, malls, foods for you to explore. Highly recommend if you are seeking a convenient location without the hassle of transportation during your stay. The only con is the rooms are quite tight.

It was very useful for going around Sannomiya area and Port Island.
And also all of the place was clean and cozy in this hotel.

Great location on shopping arcade - but still a quiet location. Room was good (2 beds). Short walk (with luggage) from train station (Motomachi). Staff were excellent.

The hotel was very clean, and the room is small but cozy and sleek and perfect for a short stay. The location is convenient and walking distance to the Kobe Tower and various sightseeing sports.

Kind reception, quiet room near the station. I really liked the night view. Room was small so I had to try tp make space all the time. For water and food, we had to use the 2nd floor, but during the breakfast time couldn't use for personal use such as eating what I had bought at the convenience store.
Anyways, the hotel was nice overall :)

right in the heart of Kobe the hotel sits on a covered pedestrian shopping arcade which was very handy as it rained one afternoon. The room was spotlessly clean and the staff very helpful. I would certainly stay here again.
