Hotel very nice and Is great location staff Very nice. Only downside is elevator was broken , so It was absolutely horrible to climb 4 flights to get to my room.!!

AC was not cold at all. Bathroom was clean but some of the towels were dirty. Other guests running up and down the hall screaming at all hours of the night.

One of the worst hotels to stay at. They lied about everything
When checking in they took the payment first and than shared the elevator is broken, also lied about the pool being heated

Staff was excellent and helpful. Hotel is older but redone nicely. The biggest disappointment was the so called beach which is on the intercoastal canal and half the size of what you see in the photo. Definitely NOT a beach barely fit the 2 beach chairs they had on it. Elevator was broken, thankfully we were on the 2nd floor. Beach or water view if you hang off the balcony. LOL Staff recommended Chuck's restaurant which was affordable and had excellent fried shrimp. Location was a short drive to other local restaurants. Fishing pier was nice but I don't fish.

The staff was friendly, helpful and accommodating! The rooms were the worst I've ever stayed in. Dirty, smelly, hairs in the beds, hairs on the towels and washcloths, bathroom sink and tub were so compacted with hair that neither would drain

We were there for the hal marathon Hutchinson island.
The half passes right in front of the hotel.
Checking was excellent and very friendly service staff.
The free bkft was totality outstanding. Clean and out of this world waffles that you can make yourself...ill miss that the most!
Our room had hard floor..no carpet..which made.it very clean.beds comfortable.

Staff super nice. Wish we could have been in room 408, that's our favorite side of the property. Not crowded at all. This is the slow season. Wish breakfast would have had grits like last time and bacon. This time eggs and sausage only.

Great place to come rest and relax.the beach area and the fishing pier was definitely the highlight of my stay.

The people at the front door were wonderful all were so pleasant also breakfast was great alot to chose from.I wish they would watch at night alot of locals coming in to fish so you couldn't get on the dock.

The partial view was barely a view of the intracoastal. Over grown trees in the line of the water. Should have just booked a regular room without a view. Not worth the extra money paid for a partial view

Excellent customer service, both checking in and checking out. (asked maintainence man to fix threshhold and he did so immediately).
Halls were old with torn and worn carpet. Outside was lovely with a beautiful dock and sitting areas with darling chairs and view.
The rooms were old and the bathroom was outdated and almost unsanitary. The breakfast was really hardy, great for the whole family If on a budget then the price is better than in Jensen Beach which runs about $100 up more per night.
