When I travel solo to Whitehorse, I typically stay at quality inn as it is quite close to my dentist and the big box stores and grocery stores. My room had 2 queen beds which were very comfortable. The staff who I had for my 3 day, 2 night stay was helpful with directions to stores and to allow me extra time in my room when my flight was delayed. My apologies for not remembering this women’s name do that I could recognize her.
Other great features are that there is a restaurant, Ricky’s attached to the hotel with food available all day. The food is good and priced fairly. There is a gym which is nice to have and washing machines and dryers for a fee, located on the first floor.
The lobby was cheerfully decorated with a Christmas tree and lights. I am looking forward to the hotel being renovated to bring it to a more comfortable standard.
All in all, I would return.

Convenient location in downtown Whitehorse. The hotel is in need of some upgrades, but it looks like they are doing renovations now, so probably we just didn't get an updated room. Nice and quiet. Convenient restaurant right on the property.

The room was clean and quiet. Used the shuttle to the hotel - the driver was very helpful and courteous. We didn't use the shuttle on the way back to the airport as their schedule didn't suit our flight time. The hotel is super convenient for walking around downtown Whitehorse.

Older hotel and it shows in the rooms and the property in general but the staff and service makes up for a lot of that. We pretty much always stay here when driving through

Very unsafe area- decided not to stay here. Right next to a liquor store with panhandlers and just an overall unsafe vibe. Did not feel safe staying here or leaving our vehicle parked here overnight.

Was a little worried about this hotel after reading the reviews but chose to still book due to the airport shuttle and pet friendly rooms, and boy am I glad we did! The staff were so friendly and helpful, the rooms were clean and beds were super comfy, and the airport shuttle process was smooth from start to finish. Would highly recommend this hotel, far exceeded our expectations :)

Remote control did not work. Replacement supplied by front dsk did not work. Tub handles mismatched, cold one moldy. Grout missing bathroom tiles. Silicone job in bathroom rather ugly.

Staff not attentive...decrepit rooms, no couch although we paid for it, 1 small bar of soap for 3 days for 2 persons, bed cover stains, toilet bowl is moving, etc...been going there for 17 years amd year by year the hotel is going down

Extremely old. Ceiling above showers area was falling in. Mouse traps everywhere. On the plus side, bed was comfy. Not worth the $200 I paid for the room.

The personnel we delightful and very helpful. The bed was very comfortable. However, we were limited as to what we could use electrically in the room at any one time. Further, the TV did not work. Someone came up and 'fixed' it the first night just before bedtime but the next night it wouldn't turn on again.

The parking lot had a large area of water. no other parking stalls available and had to park in this water. Please fix this up.
