This motel is great for convenience to the dinner theater. Easy walk back and forth. Has a great breakfast for the traveler. Rooms are neat and clean. Very comfortable to stay in.

Terrible experience with Hotels.com. When I arrived at the hotel there was no room reserved for me because Hotels.com had NOT sent the property a reservation request. When I called Hotels.com for assistance they kept insisting a reservation had been made in my name, which it had NOT done. They said it was NOT refundable when I asked them to credit me for the room. I had to work through my bank to dispute the charges.

The overall state is not very good. Due to the old, leaky windows, the old and loud AC has to run permanently in heat mode and the Highway nearby is very noisy.
The bed was quite new and comfortable but due to all the noise, it was not nice to stay there overall.

This is my favorite place to stay when I'm in Zumbrota. It's walking distance from the Chanhassen Dinner Theatre, not to mention grocery stores, restaurants, parks... oh, and this little place called Paisley Park that you may have heard of.

Room was spacious but the bathroom was gross. You could see mildew and mold stains in the shower. Floor wasn’t vacuumed. Furniture worn and in the lobby had torn fabric. Pool was cold and very small.

When I made the reservation for 2 rooms I hoped they would be near each other. I requested an accessible room for my parents. Not only was their room not accessible, but our pair of rooms were at opposite ends of the hotel. I chose to get a king suite with hide a bed for our daughter and had to request a rollaway which was delivered to the wrong room and we had to go request pillows from the front desk for it. Only sugar-free syrup for waffles, the toaster had one side that was broken, and there was hot water but no tea available.

Other than a squeaky hinge on the bathroom door ( But what do you do to deal with the constant humidity?) the room was excellent. Having the temperature of the room proper and the fridge cold has become rare.

This was a thoroughly disappointing hotel. I’m used to this chain being reliable but I will rethink that the next time I book. The rooms (at least the one we were in) is in serious need of updating. It was prob great 15 years ago. When I walked in, there was a scent of musty urine and multiple stains on the carpet. I didn’t even want to remove my shoes. The walls were scuffed and dirty with peeling in various places. Beds and pillows were comfortable.

The room was good. It was quiet even though there were many happy children around. The breakfast was a little disappointing. The eggs were rubbery and items were not always stocked. They ran out of coffee, milk, creamer, and cereal. They had more available but we had to continually ask for the items.

Won’t be back. This hotel was close to The Chanhassen Dinner theatre. Very dirty carpet in room- Big red stain at foot of bed. Rest of carpets dirty. Sofa had stains on arms and soiled.? I wouldn’t sit on it or lay my clothes on it. Bed was clean and comfortable
Hall carpets very dirty. Breakfast was same as all the others. Nice back patio to enjoy some sun. Too dirty for me.

Front desk was extremely rude never made eye contact never said hello or welcome. Front desk never put her phone down did everything one handed and never got out of chair. Instead of telling us about the hotel she told us everything about the hotel is on a piece of paper she handed us with keys to room.
Bathroom had a lot of mold growing on the drop ceiling in the shower

The ugly: a staff member burned something in the microwave and the fire alarm kept going off. Although understandable, they couldn’t get it under control.
