We always stay at this hotel whenever we visit New York! The rooms are large and always super clean! The staff is always very welcoming and friendly! We love that there is a Starbucks in the lobby and love the shuttle service to and from the airport. Hotel location is extremely convenient for the Subway or Bus stations. Highly recommend this hotel!

I just needed a place to stay during an overnight layover. The courtesy shuttle service to and from the airport was exactly what I needed. The room condition was good but not great. Heating did the job.

We checked in after 10pm and the front desk staff couldn't have been nicer! There was only pne parking spot left, and it was a tight fit. When one of the gentlemen at the front desk heard me mention it, he instantly offered up his personal parking spot. I thought that was the nicest offer. We had a clean, comfortable room as well. We have stayed here several times when heading to the airport. It has always been a good experience.

Very comfortable and convenient airport hotel. Some noise from planes, which you would expect given proximity to airport. Breakfast room had lots of options. Room was very clean and partially updated.

I asked for information on the shuttle to the airport for my morning flight, was given the wrong time and not told i needed to sign-up. Room was partially updated. Bed and pillows comfortable. Bathroom and fixtures could be updated. Shower small. TV was too small and old for room (32 inch probably 10yrs old)
The big issues were SLOW check in, guy seemed flustered and unsure of what he was doing. Longest check in I have ever experienced and I travel visiting 20+ hotels a year. The smell that hit as we opened the room door, overuse of room deodorants. It was too much and over powering. Made it uncomfortable. We stayed only one night just to be close to the airport before flight.

This was a very short stay. Got in late, left early. Room was clean. Shower was great! Bed was nice. The room was small but perfect for one person. I would stay there again. I would like to see it in the daytime. The staff was friendly.

The hotel called us a shuttle and told us it would $25 pp. After the shuttle dropped us off at the use the driver told us it was $50.00 per person! Just verify before you get on a cruise shuttle! Othewise it was a nice place to stay and the breakfast was good. Again, I apologize to the staff if I acted ugly.

The bed was super comfortable. The lobby and room smelled musty. There was a fight in front of the lobby doors between a guest an a homeless man that was high.

Omg! Walked in and room was great. On my bed was 2 swans made from towels. Flower made with tp and kleenex. So wonderful and absolutely awesome!
