A great experience…..but other customers stood outside their rooms & smoked & were loud ….they should go to their cars & talk inside their cars as not to disturb others

Shortly after making a reservation, I was informed by a family member they had intended to stay there previously and found the place filthy and uninhabitable. I called to cancel the reservation. They agreed to do so but later denied a refund, hung up on someone who tried to deal with them and then re-sold the room. The insurance I bought has so far denied coverage.

My stay was ok. Though the room was clean and on the first floor, the people sitting around the corner all night made me fell uncomfortable. I understand that they are non smoking room but having someone perking around the corner will make you feel extremely uneasy.

The toilet broke. Couldnt be flushed and we were too tired to have maintenance in and out of the room.

Pillows are awful. Beds are hard. Blankets are thin. Sheets had blood stains. Walls are thin so you can hear everything outside. There are many electronic lights (microwave, clock radio, blue charge lights) and blinds don’t go down enough to block outside lights.AC doesn’t modulate temperature well.
One of the worst motels I’ve ever stayed at. Better off sleeping in your car.

It served its purpose. The bathroom ceiling was coming down due to weather damage. It should've be repaired prior to rent. TV remote did not work properly, had to use the button on the side if the TV.

What do you expect from a red roof in it had a bed and a toilet. Do not be fooled by the picture of the room on the Hotels Expedia search. The room in the pictures look nice, my room was dank and gross carpet but again for the price my expectations should have been lower…I’d never stay there again

I stayed here by myself which I was very nervous about. It seemed to be relevantly safe. The hotel room lacked in the cleanliness - there were stains on the carpet and chair. I used precaution and kept my stuff up high but it wasn’t the worst hotel.

It was pretty good all things considered. It's not the Ritz, but it's definitely comfortable. The rooms are newer and clean. The area around the property is a little rough but nothing extreme. It looks like they are just doing some remodeling, which is great.

I would not recommend this hotel. The room was dirty, the bed is not comfortable, the tv screen was barely visible due to static. I was awaken at 4:30a.m. due to banging on a door and window,and the sound of glass breaking.

A illegal situation happened in front of me on my way to my room (Expedia won’t allow me to say what it was). Had to wipe down the bathroom because of how dirty it was. We didn’t even stay we left and took the loss of $130.

It was clean overall, however there are water damages in the roof and walls of the room we stayed in. And all of the outlets on the wall were too loose, we had to hold the chords by hand
