Staff was nice snd professional. Room was cleab and comfortable. Pillows were nice. Not too soft. Bed wasnt too soft but could use an upgrade. Breakfast was AMAZING. Real food. Real delicious.

My towels look old and rough. There were no hangers in the closet or refrigerator in the room. They brought them after I asked.

Hotel seems new and spacious, the A/C made the room feel kinda damp, but other than that it was a nice stay.

very convenient, everything is literally walking distance from the hotel, from a 7 eleven to fine dining and several bars and taco stands... I have stayed there before and will stay there again as long as have to be in the area....

We always stay here, the hotel is super clean staff is amazing polite and friendly!
Outside the hotel in plaza de Otay you can find everything movie theater, restaurants, bars, etc. The best part is you can walk to get there and no necessary drive to a different plaza you get everything in one place!

I’ve stayed here twice two separate times everyone is so nice and welcoming they make you feel at home, the staff is on top of everything keeping everthing nice and clean , my favorite hotel in Tijuana
