While the prices were welcoming we found some staff didn’t seem interested in our not having cable amd their responsewas just short of disrespectful and no one ever checked to see if it was restored. Water pressure can be compared to a sprinkler. Breakfast hours needs some adjustments as well as offering some healthy options Some staff was welcoming and sweet.

Room was dirty and smelled like cigarette smoke. Shower was broken. Towels were horrible. Cleaning people barged in with do not disturb people on. Called an hour before check out telling us we needed to leave. Horrible horrible customer service. Do not recommend

Last minute stay. Bed was horrible. No shower water pressure. Breakfast was not good. Staff was nice and you could tell the hotel was once nice. Not anymore.

They booked us initially in a room with someone already inside. Then they upgraded us to a “nicer” room which looks like it hasn’t been updated since 1970 and was quite dirty. The beds were decent and it was quiet. I think the hotel is being remodeled so it’s a mess. The area of town is also not great.

Was an older hotel but needs some work. Room had low water pressure. Sub-floor in front of toilet in my room was broken and unsafe. Matress was old and saggy.

The front desk was very nice and accommodating to our needs. We could not book a wheelchair/ handicap accessible room online, when we arrived there she was able to move us to one with out any extra charge which was weird not any way she did. Having a young child when we booked online would have been nice to know the pool was closed and out of service. There is a lack of good communication between the owner and staff. Overall I would give it a one star The person at the front desk a 5 start for being sweet and helpful (at check in) Owner get you building in better condition

The front desk was very nice and accommodating to our needs. I got there late due to traffic. Upon entering & telling the lady I wanted to check in she said, “Hope you had a reservation.” I thought that was rude. She gives me my key & I got to my room. I thought someone was in there because the bed was a mess & the room had clearly not been cleaned. She put me in a non smoking room which when entering smelled like stale smoke plus there was an ashtray in the room. The next day I leave to go grab a few things at the store. I get back & my card didn’t work. Go to the front desk & she tells me they had my card expired. It showed I was only checked in for one night but yet showed I paid for the week. The pool was not operational which I was very disappointed. The day I checked out I hand the lady my key. As I was backing out of the parking lot she calls me & tells me I still have a balance. I said for what? She said they didn’t charge me tax. She said she tried to run my card before calling me. I will definitely BOT be back

No toilet paper, no cleaning service or towels! Breakfast was awful. No fruit period! Manager said they just don’t ever put fruit out because they have to throw it away! Two other guests complained that there was no room service while I was trying to get towels. I would find a different place!
