way too many dogs in the hallways, way too many dogs barking and howling all day and all night! also the stairwells were extremely dirty and clearly aren’t cleaned…ever! smelled like dogs…lots of dog hair and excrement!..😬😬

The annotations smell too bad they are very dirty we had to leave a day before the truth is very ugly

The staff was incredibly kind and helpful.

The facilities were old and dirty. Our room smelled like dirt, the mirror was broken and there was no space for your belongings. It had one small table with a random microwave set on top. No fridge or way to hang any clothes. It was hard to get ready due to only one mirror and no were other than the bathroom to set thing. If you are needing some where to sleep this place is fine, if you have family or want a good nights rest find another hotel. we could hear everything going on in the other rooms.

Trash outside rooms not removed by staff. The room had an unpleasant odor. Upon arrival I discovered I could have gotten a better rate by booking with the motel directly instead of with Booking.com!!!!!!!

The front desk lady was very polite but I think she was new.

The elevator didn’t work. It was evening when I checked in. The lights and TV didn’t work. I had to use my phone flashlight. There were no sheets or blankets on the mattress. There was some sort of grey or dark blue bag over the mattress. I tripped over a plug in heater that was in the middle of the room, so I assume the heater and AC didn’t work. the floors were sticky and there was a bad smell in the room from a lot of chemicals. It was not the normal we just cleaned the room smell either. There were shady people in the parking lot on bicycles smoking that looked like they were not patrons of the motel.
