Very close to gare st charles train station. Area unsafe at night. Area dirty, garbage everywhere, area ghetto ish. Front personnel very unfriendly and not helpful.

There was a stain on our sheet which we discovered that when housekeeping came by they didn't switch the sheet - they turned it over. I found that humorous but it indicated their priorities; need to save water somewhere.

Room a lot smaller than what pictures let see. Couldn’t open our luggage except if it was on the bed. Many broken furniture and the ceiling obviously had leaked during the past but was never re-plastered.
Staff is very friendly though.

No soap was provided, very slippery in the shower, you can hear everything what is going on on the same floor, stuff was friendly .

Hotel cleanliness was adequate and nice rooms but the manager was extremely unprofessional and entered our room without knocking or notice during the late evening to check the air conditioning. Once we brought up the concern we didn’t feel safe with people entering our room without notice they got very defensive and refused to acknowledge our concern.

Front staff very unfriendly and unhelpful. Ceiling in our room was damaged from water leak above. There was no soap or extra blanket in room which was chilly. We were on 5th floor and the elevator was not working on day of our departure so had to carry luggage down 5 flights of long steep staircase. Room was so small we couldn’t open our suitcases.

When I asked for an extra sachet of coffee for the next morning, he refused to give me one. Is the cost of a single sachet vs a disappointed customer worth it? We thoroughly enjoyed our stay there. It is literally round the corner from Saint Charles. So very convenient for visiting other nearby towns. Two of the reception staffs we met gave great advice on places to visit and metro, tram tickets, etc. They were lovely. Thank you for an enjoyable stay!

We stayed 6 nights and liked it very much. Nice and friendly people. Vieux-Port is just 1,4 km away. We can really recommend this place.

Only stayed one night but this is a small, clean hotel a stone’s throw from St Charles station with very friendly staff. The room was compact and basic with a small window overlooking neighbouring walls but was quiet, clean and had all the necessaries.

Te worst hotel in the whole world. We got there an air conditioner was not working . They said they will switch us to a different room the following day and they did but the room was smaller that we paid for and still the air conditioner didnt work either. They keep saying that they will fix it everyday and they didnt. Staff was very but vet very rude. They didnt even let us speak with manager. i am surprised that expedia has this hotel on their list.To make things worse there was a huge rat in the entrance of hotel. We called expedia so many times to get help and we only got a credit like for 25 dollars . WE stayed there for 5 nights and it was hell. The hotel keep lying about fixing the air conditioner or changing us to a different room,. It was hell .
