This is a lovely hotel in the old part of Bern. So great location. Wish we could have stayed a bit longer. View from the window wasn’t great though. Also the twin beds pretending to be a double bed was not very good either as they were sort of moving.

Excellent location, clean rooms, good breakfast, helpful staff. The window of the room is six feet opposite of the window of another guest room. You can see each other . So the windows have to be shut and curtains drawn closed . Right sleeping area. No desk in the room

Well situated in town center but a bit difficult to find your way to access with the car. Good explanations provided to be able to reach nearby public car parks.

Room comfortable, clean and functional.

The hotel is in the center of old town and very near to different attractions and there is a supermarket right next to the hotel

Hotel was nice and centrally located to all the sights. Very clean, bed was not overly comfortable - very hard, but if this is your preference, then this is the hotel for you! Desk/reception were all fluent in English and helpful - we enjoyed our stay.

Nice hotel in Bern. Bit of a long walk to the train station, still you can get there in 15-20 minutes. Front desk staff was great. Restaurant food was good, and the rooftop bar was great, although a small group of bees made it less than optimal. This was in early August.

It was fine. One of the housekeeping staff keyed into my room at 8 o’clock in the morning when I was still in bed not on a day I was supposed to check out. I would leave the hanging sign for my room to be cleaned all day while I was gone, and it was never cleaned unless I asked.

This hotel exceeded my expectations. The layout of the room was really nice, with the shower, larger sink area, and espresso machine/fridge on one side, and the toilet and small sink the other side. Even though it's just the 2 of us in the room, it's super nice to have 2 sinks and have the toilet separate from the shower. We were on the 5th floor and had a nice view out looking at the roof tops. The room is air conditioned which is not always the case in Switzerland. It got to 86F and humid, so the a/c was well appreciated (even though I'd prefer it cooler). The tram stop is a stone throw away, and we were given tram/bus passes. 2 stops from the Bern bahnhof. A lot of restaurants and shops nearby, a coop right downstairs. I had a wonderful time at this hotel, and will definitely recommend to friends.

A nice hotel in the middle of the old town where there are so many things to see and do. Our room was ok, on a dark sort of courtyard which meant quiet at night. There was a strange rhythmic humming coming from the ceiling which woke us all night the first night, but the maintenance people sorted it the next day!

The location of the hotel is perfect for walking everywhere in Bern! The rooftop bar is Amazing—the views spectacular! Make sure you get reservations! The staff was helpful and friendly! I would stay there again!

very poor selection of breakfast, I have ben in 3-stad hotels in Dubai they have better selection than this Hotel and this hotell is 4 star! It was not worth the money!
