Nice no-frills hotel. My daughter enjoyed the breakfast and indoor pool. The lobby is nice. 1st room the desk area wasn't cleaned. I called front desk and was immediately moved to a clean room.

It was wonderful, the hotel met are needs and wants. I felt safe and I knew my vehicle was safe. My mother and grandchildren loved it. The staff exspecially Emma were all so extremely wonderful. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Houston or the surrounding vacinity.

This propety is fine but how they handle their operations is not fair. Certain guest know things that others have to find out about. They charge your account without contact then falsly charges you. They are not prepared for disaster situations also.

Staff are friendly and responsive to our needs. Our initial room had a leak from the storm and when notified, Emma moved us to a new room within two minutes. Good facility with secure free parking.

DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL!! This hotel will LIE ON YOU AND CHARGE YOU FOR “A SPOT ON A TOWEL”! I was accused of leaving a spot on a pillowcase however because of allergies I always take my own pillowcases so this is not true. Additionally, I bring my own washcloths and only used the towel floor mat and hand towels to pat myself dry because I don’t like to use hotel towels. When I returned home I looked at my credit card statement, they charged $43 to my account. I called back and they told me I left a pink spot on a large towel and spot on the pillowcase. What pink item I don’t have hair dye or hair gel or body wash that’s pink and I only drank a Pepsi so if I spilled something, it would not be pink! What I did see was trash in front of the room across the hall for over 12 hours that had a towel and garbage. I tried to contact the Hotel directly to come to an amicable resolution however I was given a email address that didn’t work. DO NOT STAY HERE!!

My 14 year old daughter and I stayed for two nights and had a wonderful experience. The hotel was spotless, the staff was efficient, helpful, and kind, and the hotel felt incredibly safe. 10/10 will stay again!
