Wasn't happy to find out I had to pay for parking when I arrived. Never heard of that before. I also watched them towing a truck out of the parking lot at about 6:00 am. I am done with IHG H otels.

I was surprised when i was charged 15.00 per night for parking. They have a free shuttle service to the airport so offer park and ride so i calmly inquired as to why i was being charged since i was staying at hotel not parking my vehicle there to catch a flight. His only answer was 15.00 a night for parking and he was not polite!!The property's parking lot was not very big and each night when we returned late the parking spots were almost gone!! There was a semi truck and trailer taking up 4 spaces and other spaces were a very tight fit for my truck. Not sure why they would turn their parking lot into a park and ride service other than being money hungry but should be more accommodating to their guest. The rooms seemed clean except for the spider my daughter found on her pillow! The window shades had holes in them and the chain was hard to pull to close. The breakfast was good with a variety of items to choose from. We stayed at this property a year ago and enjoyed it but this time the parking situation was a turn off. Will look for a different hotel on our next stay.

We reserved a handicapped room and it worked well for us. The young man at the desk was very nice.

Clean hotel, but it's so close to the highway that it's extremely loud at night.

It was okay. We were on the top floor which was quiet, but when I woke up in the morning and walked down to the elevator someone had gotten sick near the elevator. I told the front desk downstairs and assumed they would have cleaned this up right away, but instead around 9am after getting ready for the day it was still there. Gross! Plus, we had to pay $15 a day to park…

Bed was hard. Breakfast was ok. Stayed because I had an early morning flight and my friends lived 2 hrs away from the airport. Was a nice hotel

The light in our room wouldn’t turn off, and when it was on it flickered at any point in time or any movement from the bed. We had to unscrew the lightbulbs when it was time for bed. Breakfast is way too late considering it’s an airport hotel and most people need to be out for their flights early. What looked to be a homeless man was asleep snoring loudly in the lobby when my 3 year old and I went to see if breakfast was ready at about 5:45/6:00 am. Check out was easy but check in took FOREVER.

We tried to call the front desk office and the lady answered absolutely rude. When we arrived she was sitting at the lobby with a boyfriend and she came up to checked us in. Seem like we were bothering her to checking in while she has a boyfriend visiting. The hotel is such a nice, clean and great location but they need to get a better front desk agent. I was so disappointed

Great location close to airport and Mall of America! Hotel was clean and quiet and staff were very professional, but during my stay they were obviously understaffed. Long wait times at the front desk and for the shuttle, but the staff were doing their best with the situation.

I liked the location and the room amenities, how clean the hotel and how upgraded it is.. thw breakfast was great . I didnt like that we had to pay for parking and there is no hot tub.

Good stay, good service, great location, only downside is if you have a really early flight do not depend on the shuttle. It may never come despite you requesting it. In the end, I couldn’t wait any longer and had to Uber to ensure I made it on time.
