Excellent location. Room is small but very clean. This hotel has all the facilities and amenities you could think of, and there’re free drinks, free ramen and free afternoon tea! Staff is friendly and helpful, checking in and out are smooth and efficient. Highly recommended and will definitely return.

They offer alot! Just the things didnt seem to go together. The rooms are spacious. They dont make beds daily or tidy the room. They have a good kids area just a lttle out dated.

I’ve never been to a hotel that showers you with free amenities like Bali did. Even though I didn’t take advantage of it, it was still nice to experience it. Oh and also they provide free red/white wine and miso soup.

Quite small room but well maintained. Many amenities, if someone needs them. Breakfast was good. WiFi did not work properly at all which is a big minus for the hotel.

The walk way in the room between the room to door is too narrow. Pillow too soft. Not worth the amount that I paid. But I like the free items like bath salt and sensitive shower gel which available for me.

We took advantage of the hotels “eco clean” which is supposed to be a towel change, trash clean, and amenities refresh. When we returned to our room that evening, we noticed nothing had been done — no one had even come in. My wife (Japanese) called the front desk and within 10 mins they sent someone with a bag of towels and amenities. He did not apologize for the error and just stated their was a mix up. He didn’t come in the room to remove the trash. When my wife asked if the waters are included in the eco, he rolled his eyes and said he’d go get it. We were forced to remove the trash bags ourselves and had them to him when he returned with the water. Again, no apology or even offering to replace the trash bags in the room. Very surprised with the lack of apology and courtesy you would expect from a Japanese hotel. While the man still used keigo, he was very rude and appeared annoyed from the start. Don’t be mad at the guest when your staff makes the mistake!
