From the time I arrived, Marzio was extremely helpful and accommodating. He went out of his way to make sure I could get settled in. Marzio was always friendly and seemed to extend his hospitality to all guests with anything they needed. There was a nice breakfast spread and I believe dinner is available if you request it. The room was clean, cool and comfortable (necessary for hot, summer days!) The location is a little ways from the city center but accessible by a local bus or walking down the hill. All in all, i am glad I chose GG for my stay in Firenze!

Excellente service, very kind people, super hapy , I would only fix one very important thing , the A.C . Service is great, food is very good for a good price and the hospitality of the owner it is amazing.

Conviniently located to bus line to center. Breakfast offered for 8Euros. room was good size.Property charged for parking during check-in and did not notify that we needed to get from them a touchless key to activate the gate.
We were not able to leave when we needed to. Property did not reply to communications sent; therefore, we had to wait until business hours to get our car and leave. Everything else was fine. It was a good place to stay.

Lovely staff, clean room with lots of space. You can hear your noisy neighbours so depending on who is staying may impact your sleep. Location is far from downtown but an easy bus ride and nice local restaurants.

We had a large spacious studio like room for 4 people. The bathroom was updated with a nice shower. This property is outside the city center but close to multiple bus lines. Breakfast was decent. The staff was friendly.

It was about a 20 to 30 minute walk to Old City Wall. Much longer to walk back as it is uphill. A taxi back was approximately 30 euros.

It's just ok but stairs is hard and people not very helpful.. We arrive without any information, like gate code and etc... I'm glad one of the guest help us to go inside.. But no one reply or help us, when we are calling.
Its hard to go inside if there's a miscommunications.... No one will help you from the facility... I'm not going back

Very pleasant room, good facilities, modern, felt secure, accommodation welcoming - nice that they messaged to ask when we would arrive in the afternoon. Great location. Having stayed on the Arno previously, I noticed how very quiet it was, and still an easy, quick walk (for those who do walk lots) from the heart, offering an excellent route to the Piazzale Michelangelo and in easy reach of the Boboli Gardens. Would definitely stay again.

I had a huge room in the middle of a beautiful garden. The neighbourhood was a little bit away from the craziness of the city center, which was all I needed after long days of visiting the super loud and packed streets of the touristic areas. I was able to get a good night sleep in their my bed. The people who run the place are so kind and friendly; they help you with the best they can whenever you ask for something, they kind of reminded me of my family. They left me with such sweet memories from my visit.

Nice hotel. Marzio and Rosalba will take great care of you like family! Location has a bus that passes in front of the hotel that takes you right in the centre of old Florence. Buy your bus tickets at the bar located down the street and always validate the tickets on the bus. There is also a couple of parking lots close by if tou have a rental.

We stayed there for three nights but we didn’t get the house keeping service as it mentioned at all not even a single time, the room was in ground floor so it was very noisy. Obviously no amenities and no stores near to it to buy coffee or even a bottle of water. Not recommended
