The hotel is acceptable for the price. They have done some updating. The breakfast buffet was not good, however.

Met my 3 requirements...clean quiet and comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful
.Breakfast was good with a variety of selection of food hot and cold. Noise from road was annoying but nothing they could do about it

The room smelled like mildew/mold to the point my eyes hurt, probably allergies. The tub was slippery and I hit my shin getting in. There wasnt a person at the front desk to give my card to so I had to just leave it to checkout. The location is easy enough to get to but not a whole lot around it.

Upon arrival through no fault of the Hotel there was a power outage which effected the entire area. Approximately an hour later power was restored and we checked in. It is close to Interstate I 675 and most restaurants are close but not walkable.

No pool like listed. Elevator was out of service. Staff was not courteous. Bed was broken. Overhead light kept flickering. Fire alarm was not on the wall, and there was just electrical wires exposed.

The room phone was out of order and lightbulbs were out in the bathroom. There was a group of young girls making lots of noise in the hallway until late at night that the management was unable to quiet down. This hotel was typical of Comfort Inn hotels. Not fancy but was generally well kept and offered a decent free breakfast. The hotel didn't look to be too recently updated but the fixtures were in this decade at least! Only thing was my bathtub showd some wear and tear but would be easily fixable with some fresh caulk and anti slip paint. The front desk staff were professional and efficient. I would def stay here again. Good deal for the price.
