Breakfast was pretty bad the waffle batter wasn't refilled so I was unable eat the waffles during my stay, jimmy dean sandwiches in a fridge but not nearly enough for everybody, breakfast was really lacking in variety. Bugs were crawling around the coffee machine, the rooms smelled like mold, had to switch 3 rooms to find the right one. Friendly concierge staff i wish I could write a better review the ice machine was broken 3rd floor not a prime vacation hotel as is

Visit was for breavement purposes. I will not recommend the hotel to others, unless they are locals that are familiar with the area. I stayed on the 3rd Floor. The facility appeared clean with a strong Marijuana and cigarette scent flowing throughout the building. Towels were not available. To receive a new set of towels, the customer had to bring the used set to the front desk to receive an even exchange. The facilty did not have sufficient amount of wash rags to exchange. The receiptionist refused to go to another room that was not being occupied to get clean wash rags. 😑
Outside the terrible smell and towel incident, that facility is suitable for locals ONLY.

When booking with Expedia this dump requires a cash deposit. I don't mind the deposit at all but why you can't use credit or debit card for it ??? Oh the joy of going to drive around to find ATM after driving and working all day...

This place is not like advertised. The staff was super nice but the rooms are dirty and bugs are in the outlets. Not good people outside all night long yelling and talking. Felt extremely unsafe. 2/10 stay.
