NOT BAD. There are some hair in the room and towel was little dirty. staff was kind, but they looked so tired. Room condition was, well, pretty good. bedding was clean and there are enough stuff in the room. cup, free drink, sanitary things, tooth brush and paste, soap, shampoo, body wash.

Very clean and modern due to recent renovation. The bed was SO comfortable. The breakfast was not satisfying, but I would definitely revisit!

Good ! Clean, quiet and especially the foods of Korean restaurant on 17th floor were tasty with reasonable prices.

The room conditions are too old, not ergonomic, poor condition, badly maintained, and so forth. No electric outlet near to the bed. Lights are out of order. no shower door. small TV, no USB outlet. it is the 1950s facility. It is too expensive considering the condition.

I stayed here in June 2019. The hotel lobby was nice but the rooms were outdated. The advertisement on its website did not reflect the true condition of the hotel. Location was not great. It's far from downtown Daegu and metro station.

Turned out to be a terrible choice. I booked this hotel based on the sauna photo displayed as the main image. IT IS FOR MEN ONLY and I couldn’t use it. They didn’t state that in the information posted here. Very disappointed, and sort of offended. Also there was a shampoo cap in the showers left over from the previous guest. 사우나 사진보고 예약했는데 남성 전용 사우나라 이용을 못했습니다. 잦은 여행으로 피곤해서 숙소 선택할 때 크게 고려한 요소였는데 정보 표기에 문제가 있습니다. 욕실에는 전 고객이 남겨놓은 샴푸 뚜껑이 있었습니다.

I wouldn't recommend this hotel. I had to visit Daegu for work and this was my only option. The first thing that really upset me was half of the outlet plugs didn’t work. The next issue was the bed was extremely hard and felt like you were sleeping on a rock. And to top it all off the hard wood floor seemed to have collected a lot of dirt and disgusting particles from the previous people who stayed there. Also the shower water was very harsh and had a lot of metals in it. So my skin got extremely dry. Not to mention the room air conditioning wouldn’t get colder than 74 degrees Celsius. I really disliked my stay at this hotel and would highly recommend not going here.

I did not like anything about this property other than the staff at check in were very kind. This place is very deceiving and looks super fancy and clean but the rooms are dumpy and outdated. Holes in towels, disgusting hard water with tons of chlorine which burns the eyes (can not imagine the rust build up inside of the pipes), evidence on shower heads show how nasty it is, carpets horribly stained and outdated by many years. I can see if someone stays there maybe one night for ease of a convention but I rather stay in the City Center and Taxi it in. Would not recommend or stay here again. Many of the said, things on their Brochures don’t even exist. Example: there is no dinner buffet etc...This is a bare minimum facility with ease of the Convention Center with a convenient store and over priced coffee shop inside.

Clean and quiet room. Easy access by car. Neat business hotel. Not many exta facilities, but a convenience store in the lobby had everything. I just needed a place to stay for the night as I did not want to drive back late at night. Got a good rest.
