Very close to Yokohama Train Station, convenience, excellent staff, but if you only speak english try a different more touristy hotel.

The room is super clean and staff is very nice and friendly. Everything was great.

Excellent hotel - location, shower, modern with enough plugs and charging outlets for all the electronics.

Woukd be nice if the A.C. was on when we checked in. Self served check-in was ok but lacked of service welcoming feeling. Room is spacious. No closet though. Loved the new model of Toto toilet, separated 3 rooms for washing sink, bath/shower room, toilet room, but the bath/shower room doesn’t have shower curtain or shower door, water was spreaded all over the floor. Convenient location, restaurants/shops next door and also in the building.

Everything is nice, except the room temperature is not enough cool at all. Will come back again.

We love this hotel,booked 3 nights and enjoying our stay! This is brand new hotel which opened in June this year! Our residential twin is at upper floor of this hotel.There are 3 nice comfortable beds with nice pillows! Nice city view! The room is very clean, spacious and quiet! A lot of amenities with good quality of skin care set,shampoo,body wash and conditioner! It has everything in the room such as washer and dryer (combined), stove,refrigerator, microwave, etc, just like a apartment! 100% recommended this hotel,and i will stay again in the future( this is our 3 rd night, will check out tomorrow morning ). I feel I will miss this nice modern hotel already! Thank you so much!

Difficult to but a hidden gem

Overall a good experience but parking fee costed me a bomb ( the highest was 4000jpy per night )

This is the brand new hotel. So that facility is the good condition and room is spacious for this price range of the hotel. However, breakfast and room keeping were not good. Especially breakfast needs more work. I stayed for 3nights. But I gave up eating last 2 nights.

Surprisingly it’s a newly opened hotel only until i saw the celebration flowers. Very clean and everything is so handy inside the room and so PERFECTLY accessible to the station and shopping malls. Note!!! Google map suggests walking from the crowded restaurants (which is fine) however there is a “Hama Rale Walk” (forgive if i spell it wrong) which is a covered walkway from the Yokohama station to the hotel. After exited from the station look for “NeWoman” shopping mall and head to the 3rd(or 4th?not very sure) floor then the outdoor but covered walkway is on the side of it. (Small note: the walkway has 1-person width escalators) Only flaw about this hotel is….some of the hotel staff’s English could be improved. Google translate would work anyway. No big deal. They are very nice and helpful!

I love the fact that i was the first guess to stay in this hotel room. Since it just literally opened. Everything was obviously brand new. So it’s excellent for me
