The two women at front desk during different shifts were nice. The gentlemen on the night shift was not helpful and seemed to be smart ass to be honest. I kept asking for compensation or something to be done since our tv did not work the entire day the first day of check in. We had been driving for hours and all me and my friend wanted to do was get comfy in the hotel room have some snacks and watch a movie and we could not , SUPER DISAPPOINTED. The person the first night “TJ” tried to help us but it could not be fixed. No manager in to contact or to help, it got fixed eventually the next day when I went to ask again to have someone come check it out to fix it. At the time I again asked about compensation and no answer, later that night 11/30/24 I went to front desk again to ask for an update and the guy was an ass. He was being sarcastic and saying well it had been fixed and I said yes a whole 24 hours later , we missed on that amenity the night before and again asked for either a refund or compensation of some sort. He said he’d get back to me and call the room , never got a call or follow up. Fast forward to today 12/1/24 we check out and I ask again to which the front lady said her manager was not in and he would either email me or text me later today on what he could do. Still have not received anything , I will likely call again or file a complaint with hotels.com. The room also smelled heavily of bleach and the free breakfast sucked.

The check in front desk service was badly, the woman was rude, when i asked her for extra blanket for my 85 years moms, she said no at the first night, second night i called it again , finally she said i had to go pick it up, never come back again

The property shows signs of wear, however my room was clean and each day cleaned up with new towels and incidentals refreshed.

You can see the ocean from the door. Walls are thin and rooms are small but worth the amount for sure.

First off the room we stayed in the wood was lifting up and uneven most of the floor, but the worst was we had left a kindle behind on the bed and hours later when we were checking into another hotel we realized and called the hotel and got a no it wasn’t left behide from the guest services but when we were told we would get a call back the next day while they looked into we never received a call and so when we called back still go a no and for a fact it was left behide so they are thieves there please never stay here.

It was adequate. The room was very noisy with a very loud dripping sound all night. I had to leave the bathroom fan on all night to drown it out. There should was coming from above

Nothing spectacular, just ok for a night rest. We ate at the pizza joint on the property, service there was fast, we got it to go. Food was good. Although, the cleaner came to out door promptly at 9am, and again at 10am we have room until 11am was check out, so being on a MC and at the coast we wait until last possible moment for it to warm up and clouds to burn off. We did pay for the room til 11am. All in all for the price we got a fair value, i guess. Room was very clean.

Property was centrally located in Fort Bragg, my only complaint is the rooms were little run down, and that location was noisy, you hear all the outside interactions from other guests.

Rude front desk guy. We just bought our car and didn’t have a license plate. He said “I’m not new at this. I’ve seen every trick in the book” Run down property. Soft spot in the bottom of the tub and paint on the floor. Has obviously had someone try to break into the room because the moulding was pulled away from the door and they just put a few screws in the frame to fix it.

We just rode motorcycles through and stayed 1 night. The price was great and it was cute ,clean, comfortable. There are restaurants close bu so bo issues there.
