Our stay was good. Comfortable place to crash after a long day. Close to about anything that we needed.

I sayes here twice recently. Theyve been in the process of renewimg the furniture in the rooms. Both times i managed to get an old room. The mattresses are uncomfortable, but the King bed was better than the queen. It was nice to have a refrigerator and microwave. Shower pressure is terrible and if anyone around you turns on a shower or flushes, the shower will have a high pitched squeal for the rest of your shower. Breakfast is nice but it never changed. As a solo female traveler with a super late check in from a delayed flight, the front desk clerk was nice, but kind of freaked me out.

Room was fine, noisy neighbors was not. Loud and yelling until 11 at night and back at it again at 0500. I get it it’s not the hotels fault about people being noisy, but perhaps explaining and enforcing noise codes or having wall better insulated against noise could prevent other paying customers from being disturbed

Room was clean and comfortable. The only thing that I would have liked is to have bagels and cream cheese available and maybe different offerings other than sausage and scrambled eggs for breakfast.

Honestly, we’ve always stayed in La Quintas because of their dog friendly policy. This particular hotel has the most gorgeous view of the mountains & it’s so nicely located to food places and a grocery store. The staff was nice and the hotel was clean.

Outside cigarette dispenser was full and never emptied during our 5 night stay. Staff was very nice and a problem of a very noisy stay from alot of boys staying for a soccer tournament was taken care of. They had been up making noise til after 11 pm. They were very excited. The grounds in the dog area had beer cans out there. I think maybe the staff might be a little light to take care of everything. I checked in online and once I got to the hotel the front desk was rude and tried to tell me I was at the wrong motel and I showed her my check in and the confirmation # and she kept trying to tell me I was at the wrong place and about 5 minutes later she said here’s your room key and number. Didn’t tell me where to go and was not friendly at all

The mattress sheet had a hole in it and it was dirty. The hot tub floor was black and dirty. Also our towels had holes in them as well. The shower tub is slippery beware. Slipped a bunch of times and hurt ourselves. Furniture was broken. Overall not a good experience.

Bed was hard as a rock. Super noisy with traffic and people above. Upgraded to have a jacuzzi tub for soaking after hiking, but it was absolutely disgusting so we didn't even touch it. I travel for work, and this was one of the worst ones I've stayed in for quite awhile.

The air conditioner had something broken inside and was very, very noisy. It did work though so it wasn't too hot. Couldn't sleep well as it was too noisy and honestly the you could feel the coils in the bed. The front desk staff when we checked in was not friendly at all. The room was nice, and it was in a convenient location. I would stay there again, but hope that the bed and air conditioner were in better working order. It's nice to have friendly staff, but I was only there for the night.

I did not stay here due to room being different from what pictures looked like on line and horrible customer service. I left after seeing the room and was only in the room for 2 minutes. I did not stay here. Front desk woman was rude. I than checked there reviews and noticed all the bad reviews posted on Yelp.
