People service staff very friendly but too slow to give you your order. Takes long time to bring food, drinks even just a beer. But location, facilities, rooms, cleaning is really good.

From the warm and friendly greeting at the reception, I was made to feel like a valued guest. Kevin and Daniella, in particular, stood out with their exceptional customer service. They were always available to assist with any inquiries or requests, and their friendly demeanor created a welcoming atmosphere throughout my stay. Their attention to detail and dedication to ensuring guest satisfaction truly made a difference. The hotel's amenities were top-notch. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and impeccably clean. The bed provided a restful night's sleep, and the bathroom was well-appointed with modern fixtures and amenities. I also appreciated the complimentary Wi-Fi, which was fast and reliable, allowing me to stay connected during my visit. The dining options at the hotel were exceptional as well. This Hotel, has all the amenities you may need, in a great location, only 2 issue's which we are used too in LATAM, I reserved time for the Sauna and it was not hot or working properly, I asked for help they said they would send someone & 20 minutes passed no one showed up, complained and nothing, no apologies, no rewards, nothing as if I talk to the wall. I ordered icecream in the pool area, not busy at all, w 3 employees working the bar, 15 minute's later no ice cream, had to complain to get my icecream, it look like they just forgot cause they were just standing there and in 2 minutes they had my order.

We weren't able to complete the reservation due to a dead on the family and the hotel didn't give us a credit or refund. Dissapointing.
