Great location. Pretty good rooms. Very friendly helpful staff. Lots of white woodwork shows all the dirt. Needs more attention. Bar and restaurant were closed on our visit which was disappointing and should have been clear at time of booking.

The room we stayed in was in need of updates and refurbishment which is typical of New England stays. Frugal owners, I think.
Still, you cannot beat the location of this Inn. You can walk to everything. The people who work there are very nice. I was a bit disappointed in the breakfast as there were no hot breakfast options. The coffee was just OK.

The carpet in the room didn’t seem very clean, the bed was not comfortable and the air conditioning and fridge were very noisy during the night, didn’t have black out curtain and daylight made it hard to sleep until late

We had a very relaxing stay at the Kennebunkport Inn. The only strange thing was a slightly warped door - had to really pull to get in and out of the amazing room. The accommodations were really great as were the staff and town, moving to Kennebunk and Ogunquit. We will add this to our regular rotation.

The location was terrific. The room had a strong moldy odor. There are water spots on the ceilings. The bathroom is very outdated and had water damage. The lamps were broken. Everything seems worn out in the room. The blinds are broken and the curtains haven't been cleaned in a long time. The staff was nice.

Only suggestion is that they purchase new flat screen TVs, as they were very small and old: and, new window air units as they are noisy

Beautiful Inn right in the center of Kennebunkport, with shops and restaurants practically right next door. The staff was always very friendly and helpful, and the rooms were extremely comfortable. We also enjoyed the voucher for kayaking! Would stay here again!

Front desk staff was not helpful. Could not answer simple questions about transportation, room location, breakfast, or check-in. Property is charming but room wasn't the cleanest and there are a fair amount of steps to lug luggage up and down on.

Dinner at the Burleigh restaurant was delicious and great service. The continental breakfast could use a makeover. Very meager selection of breakfast items. No decent fruit and the coffee was not hot. Overall it was a very nice experience, but I probably would not return.

I would say this is one of the best B&B I've ever lived in! It's very peaceful and walking distance to the bay and all the shops. There was a church right next to it and the post office behind the house, we walked over to mail out the postcard. The bed was very comfortable, it was very thoughtful that my room offered an extra bed that my kids both want to stay on. The bagel and pastries from breakfast was very fresh, variety juice options. It would be great if eggs and more fruits are provided. Overall it was a wonderful experience staying at this place, I will definitely come back here to stay more days!

Awesome trip. There is a great bar and restaurant right in the hotel. Food was excellent. Drinks were excellent. Staff was top notch. Our room was very comfortable. Summer is even better as you can dine outdoors but it was just warm enough that my wife and I and several other guests had our cocktails outdoors. It’s a beautiful view.
