Clean hotel with friendly staff. A decent, substantial breakfast was included. The only issues were that the water didn't taste very good and the bed pillows were like overstuffed throw cushions- tiny and way too thick to sleep on.

Traveling from Georgia, passing through WV. Needed to get a room. Staff was very nice and very helpful. Room was very clean. Lobby and rest of facility is very clean. Very comfortable beds. We’ll stay here again next trip. I recommend this Comfort Inn

Rattling heard in room 101all night. Not sure of the cause. Possibly plumbing, pipes. No sleep! Miserable stay.

Hotel was comfortable. Pool and restaurant were out of service. Heavy scent of air freshner in hallways.

Very convenient for New River Gorge, about 5 minutes away and just off main highway. Room was spacious, clean, good wifi. Only comment on tv was, though very nice large screen, cable was not HD. Free breakfast was good and all staff very nice.

My check in was less than ideal. The desk person was on the phone while checking me in. The were complaining about another employee letting me know about their scheduling and manpower issues. I manage people from age 18-65 at work and also teach at my side gig. Not only are there simple answers to all these problems your customers should NEVER hear about employee issues unless it is impacting the customer at that time.
Other than that my stay was good . My bathroom smelled of mildew but was otherwise clean organized and in good condition w comfy bed.

Great location for a trip to The New River Gorge! Very nice staff, clean room and they had a good variety of breakfast foods available. Would not hesitate to recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again.

I've stayed here previously. The woman that handles the breakfast area should get 10 stars. I asked only for clean towels on my last day, 10 hours later i had to go to the desk and get them. The parking area at times looked a little trashy

We like everything about this comfort inn… from the cleanliness and free water and coffee. We just wish the young woman at the front desk could be nicer. But the gentleman at the front desk is very friendly and helpful, that young woman can copy him about the nice attitude. The place is very clean! Great job cleaning service!

Room was not ready at checkin. 3pm. Came back 430ish went to room and door was being held open by latch. Employee had left open, to bring towels..wash clothes were dingy. One was brown from stains.

Very clean, great staff and quiet. Other than the park and a grocery store, there wasn’t much close by that did not require a drive
