Amazing Hotel! To us, it was the best and most luxurious Hotel in Firenze but also financially reasonable. Super nice and welcoming staff. We were offered early check in for free and also were able to get late check out free of charge. The room was amazing with all the amenities. We would definitely go back to this place.

Our room was large, and it had a lovely view of the piazza. Very nice bathroom and shower. The breakfast was excellent!

Few minutes walk from the rail station, very close to Duomo, ideal location to stay Firenze.

Amazing property. Staff was lovely and the location couldn’t be better. It is Florence and the buildings are old so the layout with the connecting buildings and lifts were…. complicated. I figured it out just in time for checkout. My suite was beautiful. I could hear people dragging the metal chairs across the rooftop observation area as it must have been directly above my room (608) but it wasn’t more than a tiny nuisance. The bathrooms were very clean and plenty of space. The shower was awesome. The bed was comfortable and the sheets soft. The staff went out of their way to make me feel at home. They were very helpful with assisting me with a taxi in the middle of the night to get to the airport. They were helpful with recommendations as well as the housekeeping keeping the room immaculate. When I come back to Florence…. And I will.. I will be staying here. I recommend you do the same!

I have been to Florence many times. First time at this hotel and we loved it. Staff is great and very helpful. The hotel its self is very classy, elegant and spacious. Great roof top patio to enjoy a drink. Room was great, modern, clean. We have a view of the SMN Church & square. So happy I chose this hotel and for the price I think its a great choice.

This delightful hotel was as much of a star of our visit to Florence as the wi deregulation sights, To return to our air conditioned room at the height of summer and to be greeted by the friendly staff made everything even more special.

The hotel itself is a bit "old fashioned" and that may be exactly what one is seeking. The staff are responsive and professional. The location allows for a launch into the most important areas of the historic center. It's a short walk to the Ponte Vecchio and the other notable bridges over the Arno. The hotel is expensive and like other Italian hotels with ceiling hung a/c units, condensation drops to the floor but not in the bedrooms or parlor, strictly in the clothing walk in closet. The hallways are a bit of a labyrinth until you get used to them.
