Booked and PAID FOR two rooms. Hotel only had record of one room. Had to make other accommodations for half of my party. Hotel said to take it up with Hotels.com. Have not gotten a return call from YOU!

The staff was nice and courteous. The breakfast room was very crowded, but it was Thanksgiving. The room smelled stale but after we turned on the AC it was nice. Beds very comfortable and it was quiet.

Let’s start with the good..The staff was very accommodating. The remainder of this review has no bearing on how well they did their jobs the best they could. The hotel itself though is gross. The mold and water damage throughout had myself and multiple members of my family needing breathing treatments and the best allergy medicine we could find. It was throughout the hotel everywhere that we went. We understand being close to the water, we are very well versed with properties near the water. It’s the fact that the place is just NOT well kept at all. I’m glad we had a place to lay our heads while visiting but it was very uncomfortable and harmful to our health. I encourage the owners to begin a large scale renovation as soon as possible to get this place in better condition. I even heard a member of the staff, along with other guests discuss the constant stench that filled the halls.

This was my second time in three weeks and both times the front desk was so accommodating, they held my room because of getting a late start, the beds were very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was awesome! REAL eggs not powdered, and it was a true southern breakfast.

Overall everything was great but no trash can in bathroom, breakfast was 👍 real eggs not powdered ones. Clean restaurant area.

The location was very convenient to downtown Natchez. My daughter and I really enjoyed a walk along the river behind the hotel in the evening.

The staff was extraordinary!! I can not say enough good things about all of the staff the we encountered!! The building could use some updates but the staff makes up for those issues.

Hotel is in a fabulous location but has deteriorated over the last few years. I’ve stayed here many times, probably my last till some improvements are made

The morning staff was great, the night staff not so much. Pool was not working correctly, neither was the blow dryer in the room.

The hotel was probably really nice in it's time but it needed some updating. The room was very muggy and humid when I arrived so I turned the AC on cold and left to get something to eat. When I came back it was not any better. When I took my shoes off the carpet felt very damp on my feet. The clothes I left on a chair over night were also very damp. I'm very surprised there was not a mold issue. Definitely not worth the 140.00 I spent on the room. With some updating this would be a great place to stay. The view off the back of the hotel was amazing.

After second day clothes on hanger were damp Air conditioner on second floor hall so loud some people changed rooms. My wife was going to complained to the owner but saw where the property was for sale so no one really cares. So sad everything is outdated but I bet it was beautiful at one time. Disappointing for such a nice view

The ac was not working properly, so the lobby and restaurant/lounge were so uncomfortable that we went somewhere else to have a drink and eat dinner. The hall was hot. However, our room was cool. The lobby was beautiful, but the rooms could use updating. There were no usb outlets in our room.

My wife and I went for a short vacation in Natchez. The location of this hotel was PERFECT! What a view of the Mississippi River! The indoor pool was awesome and so was the free breakfast (bacon, sausage, biscuits, grits, gravy, and so on and so on)... The lobby is very impressive. You can not beat the price! Definitely a quality place! Staff was very friendly and accomandating!

There were cockroaches at this facility and other bugs in the room and other smaller bugs. I have many videos that show the conditions. I was not accommodated to another room because we had our pet. It was to inconvenient to wait for a room already paid for and the other hotels around were booked due to the holiday. It was hard to get the housekeeping to clean the room garbage and get towels timely. Breakfast was ok but does not outweigh any other bug issues. Keep everything zipped and close while in the room. I was told I was getting a credit for the bug problem and did not. So not too happy with property and cleanliness. The furniture and carpet was stained also.
