The staff was very nice and helpful! The music in the lobby was a bit loud at night when trying to sleep! Had a great stay!

The location is the best part of this hotel. It’s pretty dated and it was hit or miss whether our trash was emptied and more towels given to us. Only cleaned room a couple of times. It was also very noisy. Not from outside but walls very thin. We plan to stay there again because of the location. Also, the staff was very nice!

Very Comfortable beds and pillows. Temperature setting was easy. The TV was a large screen and very well positioned. The room was very clean.
The hotel itself is a little old but the rooms where great. Great view and exellent price!

It was terrible went to room ceiling looked like it was about to fall in lady at front desk was very rude skunk very bad !!!
We checked out this place was disgusting, very disgusting should not even be in business!!

Only problem was they were a shortage in one of the plugs in the room i booked major hazard i was booked in room 310 but overall everything was perfectly fine I'll be booking with you guys in the near future thanks

When I was told that they overbooked Harborside rooms, they rudely gave me a street side room and mentioned they would refund me $60 to which I have never seen… Not sure if it’s supposed to come from the actual hotel or from experian but regardless I have yet to see my refund. Hotel staff was rude on several occasions.

I like the view we had from our balcony, I like how everything was walking distance, how HarborWalk Village was close by. I like how the bar was open till 4am . Like how the receptionist was kind and helpful. The only down fall is that the wall is very thin so you can literally hear everything and in our room the Ac Unit started leaking . So we had to put towels all around the floor and we told them about it and nobody came to check on it.

Great location for Destin Harbor location. Amazing views from pool area. Pool area a little small but very adequate for older hotel that has been remodeled.

The breakfast option was horrible! It is all packaged and processed items, rubbery boiled eggs, sour coffee. This non-service will prevent me from staying at this property in the future unfortunately. The harbor view is nice.
