- Conveniently located near a popular bus station. Perfect If you're coming in late as you can just walk to the hotel upon arriving.
- Good breakfast buffet.
- Within walking distance to SM Bagiuo.

We were there for a 4 night stay on vacation. From the minute we walked in, the whole staff greeted us with a smile and that lasted the entire time. We have traveled all over and this is the best property we have ever stayed in

Clean and comfortable. Good breakfast, and very convenient given the skybridge to the Victory bus terminal. Would definitely stay here again.

It was a nice simple hotel.

The hotel is just above the main bus station.
Lots of bus with engine on for hours.
In addition they suffer blackouts and have a suoer noisy generator.

Property needs to be upgraded on the outside. Too much even sidewalks and unsafe streets. The city needs to expand the sidewalks

Good hotel not much on extras, the buffet could have some more choices and on a few occasiona food not fully cooked. Wifi is spotty at times but could be from the power outages but they had generators.

Very reasonable hotel with very nice ambience. Very clean, comfortable and restful. The breakfast buffet was excellent. Best we have ever experienced! We had pizza in the restaurant for lunch that was delicious!
