Pleasant staff. Accommodated my request for quiet room but then changed to a room with a safe with no problem. Small bathroom but clean. Plenty of hot water. Great wifi. Could improve the toiletries a bit.

Needs maintenance. Non smoking room smeled like tobacco. Loud noise heard from machinery until 11:00 at night. Wifi was very weak. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Bottom line: this would be a great hotel with renovations.

Nothing bad especially, but nothing was great either. Location was great and nearby a city center and cathedral. A bit rusty feeling. Parking was NOT free. Hotel provides a parking boucher which costs me additional 150 pessos a night. I was not informed about this when I check in. I am not sure whether it is simply due to the poor English of the staff or some other reasons.

Stayed at the hotel to explore the Ande area. Went to Cachi, Cactus garden, Salinas Grande, etc. Loved it and recommend not to miss this adventure

We were underwhelmed with our experience Walter on the Front Desk was consistently non-welcoming, unfriendly and deliberately avoided any eye contact. The safe in our room did not work they said they would fix it... it never happened and we got no update for several days. They did give us access to the hotel safe which was a large stand alone safe in the hallway. Wifi was spotty and very slow. Room was clean and comfortable, although the bathroom was small and a very small closet. Included breakfast was so so.

The hotel is an an excellent location, around the corner from the main plaza and the pedestrian street called Florida. We were really pleased with the service, the staff was helpful and the room was comfortable.

Posada del Sol was overall a nice hotel. The beds were comfortable, rooms were clean and the location was perfect for exploring the area and getting to and from the airport/bus station. The menu was diverse but unfortunately made bot of us sick to our stomachs for the evening leaving us to request late check out for the next day. The front desk staff was a little curt but helpful. Worth the stay but would not eat there again.

Amazing location near the plaza. The staff was extremely helpful and allowed us to check in early. We were given a room, but the receptionist called up and told us she had a better one available for us! Flat screen, clean bathroom, mini bar, AC, and comfortable king size bed. Free breakfast in the morning with mate, cafe, fruit, bread and cereal
