Bed was soaking wet. Clean sheets was put on top. All the sheet on top was dry until you got to bottom sheet and it was soaked. Had to have security bring blanks to sleep on bed and was still wet in the morning when we woke up. There a towel covering the smoke detector. All in all the staff/ front desk manager was amazing and she took care of the everything. The security was also great as well. They was very detailed and what they seen so it made way easier to explain to staff that morning.

My 2 year old grandson had a blast with the activities, like cookie decorating, dance party and pj story time. The 2 activity ladies, Gogo & Kamara were an absolute delight and he loved them. They interacted with him and helped him meet and greet the chipmunk mascot. We were so impressed by them. The overall experience for the 2 nights was fantasic!!!!

Check in was at 4pm, but we had to wait a long time to get access to our room. They said they were short handed and couldn’t get them cleaned fast enough. The sofa had food in it. The walls were very thin and we could hear the neighbors all night/morning long. We ended up leaving at 420am cause it was too loud. The waterpark areas inside and out were a lot of fun. I’d go back for a day pass only!

As always, we had a fantastic time! I love how the rooms have a kitchen, we were able to make breakfast every morning. On site dining is delicious, the waterpark is spotless. The bathrooms at the waterpark are spotless. And they stay spotless all day, Timber Ridge is really on top of keeping up with cleanliness, which I appreciate!

Stayed in 2 bedroom suite. Overall room condition was good with few complaints, such as shower head on main floor was very slow. No water pressure at all. The kitchen is good, but we had an issue with coffee maker. It was broken. Hotel replaced it on 2nd request. The water park is awesome for family with younger age kids. Fireplace is a nice touch to the park. Food was fine.

The lodge was nice for our kids, especially since Lake Geneva was closed due to harmful levels of bacteria / algae bloom. The waterpark was perfect and lifeguards were excellent. Our room was dirty and clearly not thoroughly cleaned. The kitchen especially was dirty and the stove had grime on it. I was disappointed in that aspect, but happy with our choice to stay here.

Hotel staff is very friendly. Many things to do during our stay. From swimming, mini golf, arcade. Lots of fun. 2nd time staying here. 1st time was wonderful, which is why we returned again. This time, room was a bit disappointing. Refrigerator was very loud, a/c unit in living room was very loud, like mechanically loud (every few minutes it would have "hissing" noises) and the toilet kept running which you could hear through the walls in the bedroom. All the constant noise made it difficult for my family to fall asleep or stay asleep. The mattress topper on the pull out couch was extremely stained. There was a silver fish in the kitchen. And two huge black beetles in the room. Thank God I have boys so they didnt seem to mind them so much. I'll definitely think twice this time before returning. It was a great price and to have a kitchen was the clincher to booking here. 1st time here I gave it 5 stars, this time 3.

I saw mixed reviews online but decided to try it anyway. I was very happy with our entire stay. Checkin was very easy, took less than 5 minutes. The rooms truly are suites. You walk into a nice well stocked kitchen, past a huge bathroom with a big whirlpool tub (shower water pressure was typical hotel low but they have removable and height adjustable hand held sprayer so it was fine). Livinging room has a nice chair and full size couch that were both very comfortable. Pull out bed was of course uncomfortable as basically all of them are; my child didnt complain. The bedroom had lots of space and its own closet. The towels and sheets were standard hotel issue no upgrades. Based on reviews i brought my own linens but did not need them as i used the provided ones with no issues. Pool towels are provided but you do have to leave them at the pool so you may prefer to bring a pool towel. The waterpark area was much smaller than your WI Dells hotels but was of the same quality. There could have been more communication about the activities, i didnt realize that several of them are off site. They have a trolly that will take you between locations so make sure you ask where things are being done. Price is probably the deal breaker for me. Hotel is set up perfect for a full week stay but the price to stay more than 2-3 days starts adding up real fast.

Such a great indoor water park! I thought this would be a trip more so for the kids, but my wife and I enjoyed it just as much. Welcoming staff, great arcade, and good food - planning a return soon.

We have stayed here before and it was okay. This time we arrived at 4pm for a 4 pm Check In. However the room wasn’t ready, which I was okay with. The informed me that I would receive a text soon telling me my family’s room was ready, I waited an hour and no text came. I had to go to the desk for an update. The concierge told me she had sent the text and blamed it on my phone for not receiving the text. The room had many carpet stains and the kitchen wasn’t fully functional for cooking. I should have complained, but I’m not much of a complainer. At check out they said they would email me a receipt, but surprise no receipt in my mailbox. I have an extra charge on my credit card and I don’t know what it is. Be sure to check and ask questions or avoid staying here.
