Had a room with a jacuzzi and couldn't even use it the whole weeked we had no hot water

We had a fun time with two small children five and three. The downside was we had called and asked if there was a hot tub and they said yes but it was not working and had not been working for a while but they neglected to tell us that. Other than that it was a fun stay.

Linked 2 reservations together - was ASSURED there'd be NO difficulties - wrong. Keys did not work, continuous automated texts. In addition, the scheduled cleaning did not take place - lobby SAID cleaning team found "do not disturb" on our door - WE NEVER GOT A "DO NOT DISTURB" card - were ASSURED it would be done the next day - NEVER OCCURRED- In addition, hotel charged TRIPLE the posted rate for "on site fees" - no breakfast or even coffee, shower curtain was about 4 inches too short for tub, and parking lot was unlit and in serious need of repair - looked much better on "paper"

My stay was nice! The staff were very friendly. I had a whirlpool in my room. I wish the adult bed was in the bedroom. I Did not have privacy from kids. I loved the balcony view and that the pool was down the hall.

This is an older hotel, but they have made some upgrades. We stayed in a suite with 3 beds and it was a lot of space. Overall, our room was clean. We come to the Dells often and we will continue to stay here. Front desk was very nice. They made sure we got to our room ok and called to see if we needed anything half way through our stay. Indoor pools were nice size. For the price and size, definitely a good choice.

Stay was horrible. I broke out from our room being infested with bed bugs, manager was unhelpful. I was told they would come up to the room to check for more bed bugs but when I came back down to front desk and asked them when they could do that she stated she didn’t have time to do that. Never again will I stay here. This is my first time here and they ruined my whole dell’s experience.

I was told they would come up to the room to check for more bed bugs but when I came back down to front desk and asked them when they could do that she stated she didn’t have time to do that. The fridge in our room smelled awful and I complained two separate times about it. We couldn't even use it because if we opened it then the room would stink for half an hour. The room was dirty, the bathroom was dirty, sheets were stained. There were no vending machines, even though there were vending machine signs. All that was offered in the cooler upfront was diet Pepsi & yellow red bull. Cheese sticks & beef sticks. The room itself just had a weird smell. Staff was okay. Pool towels aren't kept in the pool area. Waiting up front for them took several minutes. Wish I would have checked reviews before booking. We won't be booking here again.

The check in procedure took a long time (35 minute wait) but it was worth it. The room was clean and had everything we needed. We loved the balcony! We hung out at the hot tub and pool on the 4th floor which was fun! The hotel was a little dated, but we really enjoyed ourselves!

Great stay! This is our 3rd time staying here and its always exactly as it should be! All 3 pools are always open too which is a big key factor. Kids loved it!

My biggest issue is their is a supprise $20 fee when you get their to use any of the swimming or hot tubs. I still had to pay even though i had no intention of swimming and just needed a place to sleep for the night
