The staff were polite and very professional. The rooms were clean. Their was a lot of variety in terms of meals and snacks on the menu, at a reasonable price. I will definitely be returning again.

Bayview is a 4 star hotel, located in a great location near second road, central, and baht bus route to hop up to terminal 21 or anything else near that route. The pool area connects to the wave hotel, so this gets you access to beach road, baht bus route and walking street. This hotel has its pros and cons though. Pros - Room was clean, had working ac and was spacious inside (deluxe city view), but cons? Small bathroom (pressure and hot water was good), no electrical outlet near bed to charge phone was super annoying, wood cracks and open gaps in ceiling near ac. Pros - Breakfast and staff were great, they really try to make your stay welcome, the hotel shines here. Con - Found someone cleaning my room when I didn't ask for it so that was awkward. For what its worth, nothing in my room went missing regardless. Pros - Location was always clean, safe, and guest friendly if you book for two. Cons - elevator is too small and there are only two. I would never stay here during high season (nov-march), especially with the amount of indians traveling in groups taking up all of the elevators. A lot of indians stay at this hotel. Overall, its not a bad hotel but definitely needs renovating starting with the elevator and outlets near the dresser area. I'd consider staying here again during low season and would never stay here during high season unless the changes and renovations I mentioned take place.

This hotel is located in very convenient to everywhere. A room is not super big and new but it is comfortable to stay.

In the morning, when I was having trouble getting a cab, they contacted the driver who dispatched me and got me to the airport safely and in time for my flight. The smiling faces of the staff made me feel at ease.

House keeping did an excellent job Keeping our room at the Bayview clean. The hotel was very clean and the staff was very helpful and kind. Definitely worth staying again. Thank you to everyone at The Bayview hotel. I love Pattaya Thailand 👍

Property was great. Location is perfect to walk to bars and shopping. Very easy to get taxi. Location to beach is also very nice, with it being right across street. Two Starbucks locations were very close, which I enjoy.

I cannot stress this enough: every encounter with staff was amazing, . The room and bed were extremely comfortable. The convenience of just walking right out off the property and onto Beach Road cannot be overstated. I would highly recommend The Bayview to anyone.
